You will immediately feel at home in my modern 100 sq. apartment located just 20 min. north of Copenhagen, close to beaches and woods in one of the most attractive areas in Denmark. My home consists of 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower and washing machine, living room with cable TV, a fully equipped kitchen and dining room combined. A lovely, spacious balcony is placed on the sunny side with view to a small garden. The apartment is perfect for families or couples. Pets are allowed. No lift.

House in Charlottenlund close to seashore

Welcome to our house built in 1914, it is 340kvm and a perfect house for a family and friends gathering. We have a big garden and barbecue area and 400 m. down to the seashore. Approx. 7 min. walk to the train station and 15 min by train up to Copenhagen city center. The house has five bedrooms, two bathrooms (one ensuite) and one toilet. In two of the bedrooms we have 180x200cm beds and the rest has 140x200cm beds. We also have two really good mattresses for those who don’t wish to share.

Nyd livet på agterdækket, og hyggen om aftenen i salonen. Der er mulighed for at opvarme båden hvis det bliver køligt om aftenen. Der kan ikke varmes mad ombord. Der er køleskab, elkedel, Nespresso maskine og service. Håndklæder, viskestykker og sengetøj ligger klar ved ankomst. Der er kaffekapsler, toiletpapir og håndsæbe.

Lovely large ground floor apartment with access to garden and two balconies. Beautiful location near forest and beach with only 1 km. to the beach. Close to the train station with trains that run directly to the center every 10 minutes. 10 km. from the center of Copenhagen. The apartment is family friendly and toys and games are available. Enjoy your stay with good view from balcony, near to station 3 minutes to walk S train station, 1 minutes to buss stop, restaurants near to walking distance, shopping as well. No pets. Parties are not allowed. Only for calm people!
