Mullardoch House: Lakeside Edwardian Hunting Lodge

Mullardoch House is a charming private Edwardian hunting lodge which was built in 1910 by the Chisholm of Chisholm. You will enjoy the views on Loch Sealbhanach as well as the wildness of the area. Early in the morning, red deer and golden eagles can often be seen from the bedrooms or living room windows while the house martins dance from the rooftops to the trees. In the evening, you might be lucky to spot rabbits, pine martins and badgers in the garden. The house is large but feels very cosy.

Breakfast consists of coffee, tea, biscuits, porridge pots and bottled water. Only 1 car parking space is allocated to these rooms. Please note there is no kitchen access available to guests.

Ardvullin is a beautiful 18th centre former ghillie's cottage owned by HopScotch Children's Charity. The lovingly restored house provides a warm and welcoming environment in which to enjoy the stunning Ardnamurchan surroundings. For much of the year, Ardvullin runs as a respite centre for children in Scotland who are living in challenging circumstances and have no other chance of a break. It is available for private self-catering lets from November to February and at weekends.
