A charming three-bedroom property, beautifully located on the outskirts of Skafterup and on the way to Bisserup, where there is a sandy beach and a local cozy harbor. An 80 m2 apartment with open living room and kitchen, wood-burning stove and direct access to the garden. Focus on Sustainability with, among other things, recycled furniture. Modern cottage located in scenic and peaceful surroundings at Bisserup Strand. The house is located with approx. 200 meters to the water via a small path and, 100 m to the forest and 1 km to shopping and restaurant. The cottage was built in 2021, the kitchen is in open connection with the living room and with the large glass section to the garden there is a unique view, there are two good double bedrooms, an office with sofa bed and cot, as well as 1 bathroom with underfloor heating.

(Will follow in English) Fantastisk charmerende sommerhus, med eminent beliggenhed! Følelsen af at stå på dækket af et skib, da havet og skøn strand er 4 meter nede for huset. Der er trappe ned til stranden. Smuk 180 grader view over Storebælt, både inde fra huset og fra terrassen. Terrassen er sydvendt så der er sol hele dagen :-) Den er 26 meter bred og udgør hjertet af vores skønne sommerhus. Man ser både de smukkeste solopgange og solnedgange fra huset.

The house is for year-round use and has both a heat pump and a wood-burning stove for the cold months. In addition to the main house, there is also an annex with two beds (this is best suited for use in the summer period).

The apartment is on the 1st floor overlooking the village's street pond and circus in the backyard, almost 0.5 km. Separate entrance, large kitchen with dining area, large living room with TV.
