Small 19th century house in a soothing rural setting.

Idyllic house with a lot of feeling on our property. Quiet and close to nature, yet close to a lot. 4 beds in a shared sleeping loft/upper floor, fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom with washing machine. Approx. 4 km to swimming. 27 km to Kalmar/Ölandsbron 24 km to Mönsterås There are bed linens, towels, soaps and toilet paper. Cleaning is done by the tenant, otherwise a cleaning fee of 500 SEK will be charged. The whole house is for the guests and they are warmly welcome to use the garden with outdoor furniture, swing, children's kitchen and trampoline.

The house is about 100 m2 in two levels and is located a stone's throw from a larger farm building in the middle of the countryside in the Småland forests. You can get to Kalmar and Öland in 30-60 minutes and to Nybro to shop in ten. Finns en stor altan på den ogenerade baksidan med utemöbler och kolgrill. Kök med diskmaskin, Micro, kaffebryggare och servis till 12 personer. Ölands djurpark och Coop ligger 12 min från boendet. Tar 14 min till Färjestaden där fler matbutiker och köpcenter finns. Det tar ca 1h 15min till Böda sands camping. Medtag egna sängkläder och handdukar!

Relax with family or good friends. House in Timmernabben, 50 meters from Kalmarsund. We have nine beds plus a sofa bed. At the dock, there is a rowboat. With it, you can row out to one of the islets. Smoked fish is a part of summer. Nabben's smokehouse is nicely located by the marina. Timmernabben is a cozy place that is located right between Kalmar and Oskarshamn. In other words, we can offer both silence and activities close to other people.

Welcome to our fantastic place with two cottages, patios in all directions, private beach and jetty at beautiful Norra Dragsviken in Kalmarsund! In summer, we rent out weekly to up to 12 people, but of course, you can also rent here as a couple or smaller family.
