Wood is available for the wood stove. The property is 100% fenced. There is a 500-meter walk to Roskildefjord and 5 minutes by car to good shopping opportunities. Cozy and charming cottage located in the scenic Buresø overlooking the protected forest area. The house contains a bright living room with kitchen, and a first floor with two bedrooms. One room has a double bed and access to a small balcony. The other is a small room with a single bed. In the living room there is a sofa bed, which sleeps up to two people. The house is close to old beautiful forests and 700 meters from a lovely and very clean swimming lake. Only 30 minutes by car from Copenhagen.

Indendørs findes biograf, billiard og bordtennis - perfekt til både afslapning og sjov. Huset har 4 soveværelser med plads til 8, samt skønt anneks med plads til 4. Relax on the terrasse in the garden, walk in the woods or to Gershøj beach. Go biking on the “fjordsti” which follows Roskilde and Ise fjord, just 1.5 km from the house. Bikes can be borrowed here for free. In winter, you can make a fire. Breakfast and dinner can be arranged upon request and against fees.

Huset har egen indgang, terrasse, parkeringsplads og er ugenert fra resten af ejendommen. Der er 2 cykler til rådighed. Huset egner sig ikke til børn under 12 år. Der er en trappe midt i boligen hvor børn kan komme alvorligt til skade hvis de falder ned.
