The apartment is in a new building, on the ground floor with access to a 12 sqm terrace, with direct access to a large common courtyard. The apartment is fully furnished, both in the kitchen and living room. I have lived there myself for 10 years, and am really happy with this little gem :)

Very cosy 1 bedroom apartment in the famous Nyhavn facing a courtyard. Great location close to restaurants, cafes and shopping. Walking distance. The apartment is ideal for 2 people. It is possible to be 4 people, but it is with floor bed mattresses in the living room. Please note that there are 3 sets of stairs from the house door to the apartment door. No elevator. I normally live in the apartment myself, so it’s fully stocked with equipment and amenities.
