Nick was a great host and his apartment instantly gave homely vibes. The apartment gets a lot of natural light and is fitted with roller curtains on every window for privacy. The area is quiet and peaceful, friendly neighborhood, with an easy 2 minute walk to the metro station and shopping mall where you can find everything you need. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay.

This stay was my first Air BNB stay. It was me and my son who is 19. Our annual father-son adventure. I travel a lot and usually stay in hotels. My son convinced me to try Air BNB. From the beginning Christina was a great communicator. She was responsive to all my questions. I felt very prepared when I got to Copenhagen. The check in process was very easy. She clearly had the whole thing very well thought out. The apartment and surrounding area was great. The apartment over looks a pretty lake. So relaxing to sit by the lake. Lots to do in easy walking distance. GREAT biking in the city. She checked in on us by text during the week. The check out process was smooth. I feel good about recommending this apartment to others staying in Copenhagen. My experience encouraged me to try Air BNB again on my next vacation.

Claus’ condo was incredible! Right on the famous Nyhavn canal with unreal views, the location cannot be beat. Walkable to everywhere downtown and a short walk to the metro if you want to venture out further. Perfect for couples. Claus met us when we checked in and provided a quick tour of the condo. He had many wonderful recommendations for restaurants and site seeing (Fish market and Hart bakery were our favorite restaurants). The amenities were as described, fridge worked great and espresso machine was flawless. The king bed was comfortable and the windows around the apartment allowed us to control the temperature well (there is also a heater). Being right in the action in Nyhavn, there is some steer noise but it quiets down by 10-11pm at night. I would highly recommend and would love to stay again when we come back to Copenhagen.

Initially was torn between this place and another when booking this trip but so happy we chose Idas place. Absolutely stunning home that is incredibly close to city center and walkable to tons of fun places. Check in was seamless and Ida and Thomas were able to help get us in early which helped A TON after traveling all morning. Would 10/10 recommend this place to anyone traveling to Copenhagen that wants a very cool spot to stay.

Our stay in Anne-Mette's apartment was a complete success. The accommodation is located directly on the harbor – a fantastic, quiet and idyllic location, ideal for relaxing. Although the city center is not within walking distance, it can be easily reached by train. The apartment was clean, lovingly furnished and exactly as described. The check-in was completely uncomplicated, and Anne-Mette was very friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back anytime!

We loved our stay at Lennart's house in Copenhagen. Great area with easy access to the water-taxi (2m walk) and the new M4 Line Metro station (10m walk) so access to the city was perfect. Lovely area to stay. Lots of folks swimming, boating and paddle-boarding so you get a feel for Danish water-life! Supermarkets and cafes nearby. The house was amazing, very clean and well equipped. 4 storeys high with steep internal concrete steps inside (check the photos). Don't come here if you have mobility issues or any old knee injuries. If you like fitness - you'll love it ! Lennart was very helpful and communicative leading up to the booking and responded very quickly to my questions. The house was easy to find, easy to get into and we had no trouble finding everything we needed. If you do make use of the kayak and SUPs - the life-jackets can be found under the barbecue cover. Be safe. We had excellent weather whilst there. Made great use of the CPH Discovery cards too. Lots to see in the city!

We spent a wonderful week at Bryans place with our three kids, who just learned or were abour to learn how to swim. Because the large pool was heated we couldnt get them out of the water, it was amazing. Since the garden had big hedges all around and a sunny terrasse it was just the perfect place to relax and feel comfortable. The house itfelf is gorgeous, since it is actually someones home it is lovely decorated and especially the kitchen misses nothing, which really sets it apart from "tourist only" places. Bryan was always extremely friendly, answered every question and made everything very easy and smooth. Veddelev itself is very nice and quiet, you can walk to a little beach with a pier, the water there is clean and shallow at first, which is again, very kids-friendly. All in all we had a great holiday and hope to visit again soon.

this is a beautiful place to stay. its just a little bit out of Copenhagen, but you feel like you are in the middle of nowhere once you hit the yard. view was amazing!

Beautiful accommodation, lovingly furnished and fantastic location by the sea. Marianne and Oscar were very friendly, helpful and gave us recommendations for the area. Overall, we felt very comfortable and would come back anytime, thank you!

Jesper and Stine are perfect hosts, friendly, generous and kind. Their home is amazing with perfect beach views in the comfort of Danish “hygge.” It’s easy to get to Copenhagen by train and nice to come back to the smell and sounds of the beach. If you’re looking to have a real Danish experience in a beautiful home with easy access to Copenhagen, then this is worth every penny. I can’t say enough good about our stay there.

Great, cozy house in a brilliant location close to the Amager beach park and some great local coffee shops and restaurants. Free on street parking and also close to the metro. Plenty of space in the house for two families of four and worked well for us having two rooms and a bathroom upstairs and the same downstairs. Everything you needed in the kitchen and very comfortable furniture. Lovely garden and some toys for the kids. Highly recommend it as a base for exploring Copenhagen while also being by the sea. We had our six week old baby with us, so one highlight was watching the sunrise over the sea during a couple of our morning feeds.

Lovely apartment in a great neighborhood. Several grocery stores and coffee shops as well as public transportation options within walking distance. The harbor bus is a cheap alternative to the tour boats if you want to experience the beautiful harbor :-) The bed was comfortable and everything was spotless. The heated floors were an added bonus on a cold winter day! Fully stocked kitchen with everything you could possibly need.

What a place! We will definitely come back. It’s a wonderful spot, just outside of the city. Easy to get to the metro. Very cool area. We had a wonderful surprise when we saw the play room for kids. A dream for small children.

Fadia's apartment is quite simply stunning! Our 5 day stay was wonderful and deginitely 5*. The apartment is spacious, spotlessly clean and is very well equipped. It is perfectly located in a quiet residential area, and is only a few steps from the water bus station and metro, which made it really easy, and fun, to get around. The views from the apartment are beautiful at all times of the day, and the peace and tranquility made every day a delight. Fadia was a fantastic host who communicated promptly and provided so much valuable information which helped us to get the best out of our stay. I'd absolutely recommend Fadia and her apartment. We loved it!

An exceptional place to stay in Copenhagen. Most places are walkable but it also on some key bus routes and is handy to the public ferry. The apartment itself is a lovely space, with excellent amenities and well provisioned. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved staying there. Copenhagen is bigger than we imagined, but this flat is in the coolest part (that we saw…). Highly recommend.

It belongs to a relatively high end neighborhood, which is great!Easy to get around, indoor stairs, not very suitable with elderly and special small children.

Claus's place was clean, quiet, and well-equipped -- perfect for our small family (my wife and I stayed with our 1-year-old son). It's literally steps from the lake and close to some nice restaurants and cafes, though a bit of a walk (about 15 min) to the nearest metro station. Claus was always friendly and responsive, and his clear instructions made check-in easy. Highly recommended for anyone looking to stay in a quieter area just outside the hustle and bustle of the city center.
