The apartment is part of the downstairs of our house, but has separate entrance, bathroom with shower, toilet & bathtub. Fully functional kitchen with fridge & freezer and private patio. Terrace in a sunny position with small garden (fenced so small doggies can run free.) There is a small charcoal grill. 1 parking space for passenger car is included and available next to the house. In the room there is a double bed 140 cm wide as well as a sofa bed for two beds.

From Kleven, it takes about a 5-minute walk to Smögenbryggan. Things that are in the apartment and you are free to use are: duvets, pillows, blankets, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, dishwasher, Weber grill, TV. Parking space is under the house with elevator up to the apartment. No pets, no smoking and no "party gangs." Age limit 30 years.
