Vårt hus ligger på en lugn gata och det är ca 1,5 km ner till Kungshamns centrum där båtar går till både Smögen och Hållö. Det finns många fina platser i omgivningarna inom promenadavstånd. Boendet är på 2a våningen. Parkering o slutstädning ingår ej. Ca 100 m från boendet finns parkering. Lakan o handdukar ingår

Nybyggt gästhus som stod klart 2021! Här bor ni med 2,8 km till kustpärlan Hunnebostrand & dess mysiga samhälle med sina affärer, hamnar & härliga badplatser. Bostaden är belägen mellan två stall på lugn gata med lite trafik. Lantligt läge med vacker natur runtomkring. Vill man vandra eller cykla finns Sotelden inpå knuten och till Ramsvikslandets naturreservat är det 9,2 km. Till Nordens Ark är det 15 min med bil, likaså till Kungshamn, Smögen & Bovallstrand. Nära är det även till Fjällbacka.

Hyr vår helt nyproducerade lgh på mysiga Klevudden i Smögen. 100 m. till klipporna och 100 m. bryggan ligger vår 3:a med många bäddar och en stor balkong med havsutsikt. Från Kleven tar det ca 5 min promenad till Smögenbryggan. Saker som finns i lgh och ni är fria att använda är: täcken, kuddar, filtar, tvättmaskin, torktumlare, hårtork, diskmaskin, Webergrill, tv. P-plats finns under huset med hiss upp till lgh. Inga husdjur, ej rökning och inga "partygäng". Åldersgräns 30 år.
