Guest house overlooking the fields.

Guesthouse of approx. 50 sq.m (538 sq. ft), a few kilometers outside Ystad. Here you live quietly and peacefully right next to the fields in a farm environment. Outside the patio door, there is a private patio facing south. Car can be parked right outside the house. In the house there is a bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed (180cm) and in the sleeping loft, which is reached by a step ladder, there are two single beds (90cm x 2). Cot is available to borrow. The bike path will take you all the way to Ystad (about 7 km to the city center), there are bikes to borrow.

We rent out our nice and spacious summer house in Smygehamn with proximity to the beach, shop and restaurants. There is plenty of space and room for both large & small. As far south as you can get in Sweden! Facilities - Sauna, hot tub, boule court The house is located about 100 meters from the beach and about 500 meters to the swimming jetty. Smygehamn is Sweden's southernmost place & there are shops, restaurants & ice cream kiosks. Proximity to more pearls and beaches along the coast. PLEASE NOTE: Pets are allowed based on consultation with us.

Wonderful accommodation in the middle of Skåne

Bring the whole family to this amazing place with lots of space. Beautiful forests with a rich animal and bird life. Only 3 km to the swimming area. Close to many of the Skåne castles. 10 km to the nearest urban area. Also the sea is close: 35 min to Ystad, 45 min to Malmö. Sjöbo Golf Club (18 holes) is just 12 minutes away. We also have Rönås Byakrog serving Danish pork roast with red cabbage every Friday 7 minutes from here. In the village there is a charming farm shop where you can buy lambskin, marmalades and chutney.

Bring the whole family to this amazing place with the possibility of swimming in the indoor pool and socializing in a rural and peaceful environment. You have your own complete household, with the host family in the house next door if you need any assistance. Bed linen, towels and final cleaning are included in the rent. Cozy and calm street house right in the old city center. Very close to city square, communications, marina, beach and good restaurants - all within few minutes of walk. The house is in two levels connected with a steep staircase and hence less suitable if poor walking or for children without having assistance. Our guests have free access to the padel courts (both doubles and singles courts) at Öja Padel Park, about 7 minutes by car from the house. Talk to the host about how you book.

The small house has a fully fitted kitchen, dining space in an open space solution. Sleeping quarters with a double bed on the loft and two beds (one as possible pull out double bed) on ground floor. A private outdoor space to enjoy the sunset or to have breakfast hangout.
