The house has access to part of the garden. It is 60 meters to a fantastic beach and fishing. Smyge Havsbad, cafes, restaurants, pizzeria, golf courses, art galleries and Coop are close, 36 minutes to Malmö.

With the south coast stretching in both directions, you can easily get to Malmö/Copenhagen or to Ystad and Österlen's many hidden gems by car or bus. The house is located about 300 meters from the sea. Take a visit there and enjoy the sea breeze!

Den stora altanen är perfekt för både avkoppling och måltider med sol från lunch till solnedgång. Stugan omringas av en trädgård med lekstuga och liten sandlåda. Nära till matbutik, värdshus och Sveriges sydligaste udde, Smygehuk med kaféer, butiker och konstutställningar. Den fina lokala badplatsen har brygga, fina sandstränder endast några km bort.
