Monthly Rentals in Sobro, Nashville

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our two months here and highly recommend it. The apartment looks exactly like the photos with floor to ceiling windows, great view, and plenty of storage. The bed was comfortable and my husband and I each had our own TV. 😁 Location can’t be beat with great restaurants and museum within walking distance. The pool area and rooftop deck are amazing! Covered free parking and Whole Foods attached. Andrew was extremely helpful and responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely return to this beautiful space!

Had a wonderful stay, it was such a beautiful place. Loved the balcony it had a great view of the city streets. The location was close enough to everything but on a less of a busy street which was really nice.

The location was pretty nice. Walkable to the happening part of the Downtown. The place was great called the Burnham. Good building. Good apartment. All the stuff you need is available. Clear instructions. Mostly AirBnb in the whole building. Responsive host. WiFi was good. The Bad: The elevator sucks. Takes ages to come. 🤣 Bottomline: Great place, great location and great host if you want to explore Nashville. Reasonably priced as well.

The perfect spot for a broadway weekend. Super walkable location, clean and easily accessible. Staff was friendly and the pool was great!
