Relax in this cozy and lakeside home in our little Sjöstuga. Enjoy the patio. It faces south and has tables and chairs, adjustable sun loungers, and a cozy sofa corner. Borrow the swimming jetty where there is a swimming ladder. There is an opportunity to use a rowboat. Road and rail are nearby but do not disturb significantly, but it is also not completely quiet during the day. The cottage is located on a garden plot but is still separate from the main building, where two retirees and a dog live. Welcome to this rural idyll!

In this rural idyll you can relax or use as a base to discover Södermanland. Next to the guest house there is a residential house, several barns and a chicken coop. Living on the farm are the farm cats Stina and Vilda, the Samoyed dogs Isa and Snö, the Welsh Blackface sheep Bianca, Lady, Dolly, and Kajsa, and the rooster Grey and his 8 hens.

Take a break and unwind in this peaceful oasis. Enjoy the silence and the nature. Just a 20-minute drive from idyllic Strängnäs is this gem. Surrounded by forest, fields and a rich wildlife right next to the house. Don't be surprised if you see moose, deer, cranes and many other wild animals from the veranda when you eat breakfast. Here you can also book several different activities such as game safari, clay pigeon shooting, archery and lots of garden games to do on your own.

You'll find everything you need for a comfortable stay - a bathroom with a shower, and a small kitchen including an oven, hob, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. You can park your car right next to the guest house. A few minutes walk takes you to the nature reserve with hiking routes and a small lake. 15 minutes by car from Norrköping, close to the main road. We are far from the big city, but still only 1 hour from Stockholm, with a nice view of Lake Mälaren and the opportunity to sit on our jetty at sunset. Our guest house is about 45 sqm with kitchen, bathroom, bedroom (180 cm bed) and a small living room with sofa bed (140 cm). The guest house is built together with the main building and has its own balcony.
