The apartment is located above a garage with its own entrance, parking is included, and there is a patio. In the apartment, there is an entrance hall with a closet and space for bags, etc. One flight of stairs up, there is a living room, kitchen, sleeping area with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower. In the kitchen, there is a fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and coffee maker. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Far out on Selaön just a few minutes from Lake Mälaren is our 70s house where we rent out part of the house. The accommodation is located on the ground floor of the house and is completely separate from the rest of the house on the inside. A perfect place for a family with a fully-equipped kitchen, a dishwasher, a bathroom with a shower and a TV. The house has direct views over the lake and is only a short walk from the swimming area. We use the other parts of the house as a vacation home.

The accommodation is very close to nature. The wildlife, the access to the forest and the tranquility are amazing. At the same time, it is only 5 minutes, and you are on the highway to Stockholm (1 hour), Trosa (20 min) or Nyköping with Skavsta airport (30 min). The chance of seeing wildlife here is almost 100%, mostly deer. If you want to be sure to see elk, wild boar, etc., we can recommend a wildlife park on Öster Malma, just 20 minutes from here.
