A cozy cottage in the middle of Sörmland equipped with everything you need for a cozy stay. The shower is located outside, as the water is heated by the sun, hot water is not guaranteed. Hot water is available inside the cottage's kitchen and toilet. The cottage has a large terrace with outdoor furniture, deck chairs and barbecue grill. In the evening, the deer usually come out on the meadow that is just in front of the cottage. Swimming area is 5 km away, lovely nature trails for walking or cycling are in the area. On the farm, there are hens and a nice rooster.

Cozy guest cottage in rural idyll

Relax in the countryside in a guest house on a cozy little farm, only an hour from Stockholm. The farm is from 1867 and is located just outside Björnlunda in Södermanland. In this rural idyll, you can relax or use it as a base to discover Södermanland. Next to the guest house, there is a residential house, several barns and a hen house. On the farm live the farm cats Stina and Vilda, the Samoyed dog Isa, the Wallian Blacknose sheep Bianca, Lady, Dolly and Kajsa, as well as the rooster Grey and his 8 hens.

Enjoy your stay on a small farm near Söderköping

Övernatta i egen stuga vid vår lilla gård, Solsätter gård 8 min utanför Söderköping längs E22. Här har vi getter, höns, kaniner och katter. Om du har tur kan du få ett nyvärpt ägg till frukost. Det finns två enkelsängar på nedre våningen, 2-3 bäddar på det mysiga loftet. Trappan upp till loftet är brant, rekommenderas ej för barn under 12 år. Nära till trevlig badsjö med badbrygga, avstånd 5 km. Boendet passar bra om man besöker Kolmården, Vimmerby eller vill besöka Söderköpings omgivningar.

Charmig renoverad stuga sedan 5 år på ca 60 kvadrat, på lantgård, i naturskön miljö. OBS inga husdjur! Ligger mellan Linköping och Norrköping. 1 mil till ICA Supermarket i Linghem, 1 mil till Norsholms Slussar med Café (sommartid) och restaurang, mindre matbutik. Närhet till Roxen (ca 1 km) med egen klippa och tillgång till liten mysig sjöbod. Möjlighet att hyra eka, och fiskekort finns att köpa. På gården bedrivs aktivt ekologiskt lantbruk, med bl. a värphöns och betesdjur runt knutarna.

Beautiful living in the countryside of Sweden.

Perfect house for bigger groups and families with children. The house is renowated 2017. Two bathroom, 6 bedrooms and a large dining area with a bar. The house has a fantastic view over the lake and the yard have plenty of activities for the whole family. Big outdoor area with pool and sauna, barbeque house with room for 14-16 people. Playground for the kids, donkeys, horses, rabbits, sheep on the farm. Only 60 min from central part of Stockholm. 20 min from Nyköping.

Cottage at Boholmsviken on the island Sävö

The cottage is beautifully situated close to the sea. Very basic standard. No running water nor electricity. Water is brought from Sävö farm where you can also charge your mobile. There is kitchenware such as cutlery, cups and plates and gas cooker. Bring your own sheets - there are mattresses, blankets and pillows. Sleeping bags are not allowed. List of the equipment on our web site savogard. You clean the cottage yourself before departure.

Gallgrinda, Seahouse

Här kan du bo helt utan störande ljud av trafik osv. Njut istället av ljudet av naturen. Räkna med att det landar fåglar precis framför er i vattnet och naturen ger sitt otvetydliga avtryck. En plats att njuta och slappna av på. I omgivningen finns det stora ekar som ger en känsla av minnen från svunna tider. Under sommaren finns möjlighet till fiske och bad, samt brygga o båt. Här får du ett helt nybyggt hus med alla bekvämligheter.

Idyllic guesthouse on the country side!

A guesthouse, with one room and a bathroom, renovated 2017 located on our farm. There is 3 beds, but the bedsofa is made for 2, and then we have 2 single beds. The guesthouse has a little, nice outdoor deck were you can BBQ or just relax with privacy! You will have close access to nature and the lake Hjälmaren, 6 kilometers. Small supermarket is just 800 meter away. Bikes to borrow if you need. Free fishing in the lake Hjälmaren.
