The apartment is located in a house built in 2018 in the center of the tranquil Ötztal municipality of Längenfeld. Despite the central location, the surroundings are very quiet and sunny. Shopping, restaurants, bus stops, local infrastructure and the "Aqua Dome" thermal baths are within walking distance within minutes. The penthouse is part of a residential complex in Runhof. 20min walk to Längenfeld or 12min with the bus to Sölden. The bus stop is just 150 meters away. The layout is spacious, with wooden floors, all the way around a balcony and a great south facing terrace. Fantastic views on all sides all year round! The interior is very comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms with spacious 2 pers. beds, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. There is a a babybed and a washing machine.

We were in the apartment as a patchwork family with 8 people and were very satisfied except for minor deficiencies. The service and communication with the landlords was quick and hassle-free, so that all questions could be resolved quickly. The apartment as well as the entire house were very clean and also the sauna area was very well maintained and modern. Only the apartment was in a somewhat outdated condition and had a few minor flaws next to loose door handles, damaged furnishings and outdated sanitary facilities. However, it must be said that this was acceptable considering the price. The value for money here is 100% right and the landlords don't make false promises, but deal with a few small flaws openly. The layout of the apartment is not quite optimal for such a group, but ok. We would go back here for a ski vacation but would like some minor repairs.

Staying at Maria’s place was just amazing. The location is stunning. Away from the main tourist areas, you have views from your own balcony… and they are stunning. Maria and her husband were wonderful and friendly. They helped with great local advice, restaurant recommendations and bookings and tourist info. The apartment was perfect. First class amenities. We loved it and would happily return. Thank you.

Our stay was completely pleasant Sabine is a very friendly and helpful hostess. The apartment was clean, exactly as described, and we didn't miss anything. The nearby bus stop was particularly convenient, so we could easily get around. Located in a quiet and beautiful area – perfect for relaxing. We would come back anytime
