There is a private jetty with a bathing ladder and plenty of room for many boats. The boathouse is well equipped, with both rowing boat, two kayaks, fishing gear, life jackets, etc. Pioneer 14 with 20 hp (2019 model) can be rented together with the cabin if desired.

Welcome to a cozy apartment in Sørlandet!

Cozy apartment with private terrace and good view. The apartment has a spacious living room and a private bathroom with shower. There is a bedroom with a good and soft double bed. In the living room there is a double sofa bed, and if necessary we can arrange an extra bed. Washed and ironed bed linens and towels are included in the price. We expect common decency and that no other residents and neighbors will be disturbed after 11 pm. We live in the house on the 2nd floor.

Landfast hytte med høy standard. Kjørevei helt inntil hytteveggen og privat parkering på tomta til flere biler. Her er det alt man trenger for en flott ferie på Sørlandet. Hytta ligger rett ved sjøen, og har båtfeste og badeplass like nedenfor hytta . Mulig å leie pioner active 14 med 10hk for 2500kr per opphold. Hytta har nydelig utsikt til sjøen og store, flotte uteplasser til å nyte finværet. Hytta ligger i et rolig område med mange turmuligheter like i nærheten.

Gode bussforbindelser til både Grimstad og Arendal. Kristiansand Dyrepark ligger kun 35 min unna med bil.

Charming cabin with a nice view, located inland, 10 km from the centre of Lyngdal and Waterpark. The cabin is fully furnished, washing machine and dishwasher. Close to a big lake. Row-boat, kayak, fishing -gear available. Nice hiking area.

Er det behov for parkering, så disponerer hytten 2 parkeringsplasser i nærheten, cirka 350 meter fra.
