Private bathroom with shower. To Vågsbygd Amfi - about 3 minutes by car, to Skyland Trampolinepark, Leo's playland, Glowing Golf, about 5 minutes, etc. Nice walks nearby around Fiskåvannet, etc. We expect general folk customs and no other residents and neighbors to be disturbed after 6pm. 23. We live in the house on the 2nd floor.

View of the fjord and archipelago both from the cabin and on the terraces. Large plot and private jetty and swimming platform below the cabin. 2 sit-on-top kayaks for free use in June-August. Boat w/outboard motor may be rented.

An idyllic southern cabin located in a great location in the Flekkerøya archipelago. This is southern summer at its best! Plating around the cabin offers a spacious outdoor area to make use of. Good sun conditions on one side of the cabin during the day, and evening sun on the other side. Guest are free to use 2 kayaks if desired. If there is a need for parking, the cabin has 2 parking nearby, about 350 meters from. If renting a boat is desired, this can be arranged at additional cost.

Renovated in 2025. You live 5 meters from the beach and the sea, and in the summer you can rent a boat with an outboard motor for fishing and island trips. You live close to everything. 5 minutes to Dyreparken, 7 minutes to Kjevik Airport, 2 minutes to walk to the bus that runs every 20 minutes. 8 minutes to Kristiansand, 5 minutes to Sørlandssenteret, 15 minutes to the archipelago. There are plenty of hiking opportunities a short jog away:) Good parking, right at the door.

The cabin is from 2018 and has stunning views of the archipelago and open sea. Here you wake up every morning to complete silence, except for the sound of waves from the rocks below the cabin windows There is throughout a high standard in the cabin with ceiling height of 5 meters and panoramic windows facing the sea gap. Around the entire cabin there are terraces with several seating areas in the summer months that ensure sun from morning to evening.

Charming cabin with a nice view, located inland, 10 km from the centre of Lyngdal and Waterpark. The cabin is fully furnished, washing machine and dishwasher. Close to a big lake. Row-boat, kayak, fishing -gear available. Nice hiking area.
