Good play opportunities for kids with big lawns and small playground with 1 minute walking distance. Furnished, large and sunny porch/terrace on both sides. Nice, big hiking areas. Both worked up footpaths and the surrounding island trails. There is also a facilitated coastal path around parts of the island. 1 minute walk to swimming area with beach, rocks and great fishing opportunities.

Developed/renovated cottage in a lovely spot in the south of Norway. Must row over a small water to get to the cabin, or walk through the forest (700 meters). Here you can swim, fish trout in the water or be lucky to see the osprey soaring over the water. Are eagle's nest in the area. Simply a magical place on the waterfront. The sleeping areas have windows so you can see out in nature when you are in bed. Warranty for relaxation! We are thinking about renting to housekeepers a few weekends a year and a few weeks in the summer.

The road has a barrier at both ends. 100 m from bike route 3. Very fast internet. Outdoor living room with fireplace can be borrowed on request. Swimming area in the river 50 m from the cabin. Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. Lots of small fish in the river. No fishing license required.

Row-boat, kayak, fishing -gear available. Nice hiking area.

Simple bathroom with toilet and shower, open living room kitchen and nice patio with barbecue included. 14 foot boat with 9,9 hp is included in the price.

You will find dining group, parasol and lounge furniture where delicious sun days can be enjoyed. It takes about 25 mins. to drive to Dyreparken, 20 mins to Kristiansand city center and 3 mins drive to grocery store. There are also public transport nearby.
