An ideal location for excursions, whether hiking in the surrounding area, the Krkonoše Mountains or the Adršpach Rocks, or skiing in winter within a 10-20 minute drive. The apartment is fully equipped (dishes, appliances, towels, etc.). The bedroom has a double bed and the option of an extra bed (mattress on the floor). Parking right next to the house. The last approx. 200 m the driveway may be in poor condition, muddy/frozen/snowy, but carefully passable depends on the current weather.

The Polanica promenade is within a 10-minute walk through the forest (a popular shortcut) or a little further along the asphalt road. Equipment: kitchenette + pots, pans, dishes and cutlery. Comfortable double bed with the possibility of adding an extra bed. Wardrobe with mirror, dresser, ironing board, iron, TV with Netflix apps. There is a barbecue and a table with chairs. The area is very quiet with a view of the mountains.
