Inside there is a large living room and dining area with TV and many games. In the basement you will find a pool table, table tennis and darts. Outside there is a large porch with seating and a fire pit. There is also a fireplace with chairs. It is 200 meters to the lake, the beach is just nearby. Randaberg is a 5-minute drive away, Stavanger 20 minutes away

Charming house in the middle of the core of what Stavanger has to offer. Walking distance to everything, while the street is quiet, personal and charming. A stone's throw from the house you will find an eldorado of restaurants with food from all corners of the world and including two Michelin star restaurants. Here, you get everything you could dream of. The house has a modern standard, a totally renovated bathroom in 2025, three spacious bedrooms with a total of six beds, in addition there is a baby cot. Magical place at the lake with a 8000 m2 garden and 120 m beach/shoreline. Perfect for relaxing, boating and fishing. At the lake there is a pavillion with a remarkable view where you can enjoy the sunset. A boat and canoe are available for free. It's a very private and quiet location, but still perfectly located in Ryfylke with all its breathtaking hikes nearby. In 2020 the bathroom and hall was totally refurbished, and a fiberoptic cable was installed with a fast wifi-connection.

Charming old wooden house in a quiet area. Enjoy the great view over the fjord from the veranda, where you can see a beautiful sunset and enjoy the heat from the campfire. The house is well equipped in all rooms. The house is located only 7 km from the starting point of the Pulpit Rock trail. It is a 5 minutes drive from Jørpeland, wich is the town center in this area. From the house it is a 10 minutes drive to the ferrydock in Forsand, where there is ferry connection to Lysebotn.

The structure features a modern design with dark metal cladding and large glass windows. A stone foundation provides stability, while a staircase leads to the entrance. Surrounding greenery enhances the setting, with a gravel pathway leading up to the building.

The boathouse is brand new and part of the seaside house environment towards Soknasundet. There is a jetty with fishing opportunities. Buildings and furniture are made by the renowned architect Espen Surnevik. If you come by boat there is plenty of room for the boat at the jetty. The boathouse is part of Sokn Gard (see fb) which has many animals you can visit, and the farm has 5 km of hiking trails.
