Einzimmerappartment, ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht und mit großem Balkon und schönem Blick auf den Lago Maggiore. Kostenloses Parken auf dem Gelände der Wohnanlage.Stefano war bei Fragen jederzeit zu erreichen und stets freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Lezzeno petit village calme en comparaison avec d’autres sites très touristiques : bellagio / Varrena / menagio . Mais avec des commodités: bon restaurant / plage privé / petite épicerie et embarcadère. Tout peut être fait à pied depuis l’appartement. En revanche Lezzeno est peu connecté en transport en commun et je préconise la voiture . L’appartement est conforme à la description, et donne accès à un petit sentier pédestre en bord de plage . Le moins mais que j’imagine commun à d’autre appartements du lac de Côme en première ligne de lac c’est le bruit de la route . Qui est juste derrière. Pas forcément dérangeant au mois de mai en semaine pendant la nuit . Mais l’été et le week-end j’imagine que la circulation est bien plus dense . Je recommande nous avons passé un bon séjour et reçu un bon accueil de l’hôte .

Appartement conforme à l'annonce. rien à redire. Propreté irréprochable ! Bon à savoir pour des personnes qui auraient des petits soucis de marche...il y a de nombreux escaliers pour descendre dans le village mais en contrepartie on a une magnifique vue plongeante sur le Lac et maintenant nous avons des mollets en béton ! 😀

I honestly don’t think I could recommend this place more if I could. From the amazing communication with Emi, the extremely clean and well looked after property to the VIEWS… it was just perfect! I cannot express how incredible the views are from this property, we kept saying it just doesn’t look real, this is certainly the place to go! Emi was also so helpful and lovely, she was able to get all our reservations even though I left it so last minute, she was also at hand when we needed help or guidance, she just made the whole experience so smooth it really made our experience that much better. I thank you so much for a trip of a lifetime!

Beautiful, relaxing place to stay with incredible views of the lake… only 25 steps to the water from the property! There have been reviews where the parking was described as difficult but it’s now super easy … the middle spot in a private parking deck right off the road. It’s best to come with a car to get to the nearby towns and restaurants. It’s a short walk from the property to coffee and a market with fresh pastries and pasta. We had a wonderful time here.

Tolles Apartment oberhalb von Menaggio. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse auf den Comer See und die Berge ist traumhaft. Das Apartment ist sehr gemütlich und gut ausgestattet und liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Umgebung. Das Zentrum von Menaggio ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, gute Wandermöglichkeiten in direkter Umgebung. Georgia Louise hat sofort auf Rückfragen reagiert und war sehr hilfsbereit. Diese Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen!

Wir hatten ein traumhaftes verlängertes Wochenende am Lago Maggiore! Die Unterkunft war wunderschön – stilvoll eingerichtet mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die tolle Terrasse und die geschmackvolle Inneneinrichtung, die den Aufenthalt richtig besonders gemacht haben. Unsere Gastgeberin Judith war sehr herzlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Absolute Empfehlung!

Luisella and Fermo were PERFECT hosts! My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Guilia House. The house is so charming - it felt like such a privilege to stay there and experience the history and beauty of the home and village of Fiumelatte. We especially loved the garden area that Luisella is cultivating - the views in the evening are spectacular! The walk to Varenna is an easy one with amazing views of the lake, mountains, and villages along the shore. This rental is not for everyone, however. Folks with mobility issues or toddlers should be aware that the rooms are all on different floors and connected by a cement staircase in the center of the home. If this is not a concern, then you will be treated to an authentic 'old world' Italian experience. We adored Luisella and Fermo - what a kind and generous couple! We are SO grateful for their hospitality. They welcomed us as if we were family and we will cherish them as if they are ours.

Lovely apartment with spectacular view. Friendly and responsive host. Especially liked the extra little things, like additional towels for swimming, and extra adapters for charging devices. Would be happy to come back.

Our stay at Manuele and Giorgia's apartment near Lake Como was absolutely wonderful! While there isn't a lake view directly from the apartment, its location more than makes up for it. We loved being able to walk to the lakefront within minutes, and there are so many fantastic restaurants just a stone's throw away. Bellagio was also a super short and easy drive, making day trips incredibly convenient. What truly set this place apart was the incredible thought Manuele and Giorgia have put into every detail. From extra towels to a well-stocked kitchen and comfortable furnishings, they've genuinely anticipated all the little things that make a stay comfortable and stress-free. It truly felt like a home away from home. We had a fantastic time and highly recommend their apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and truly welcoming base for exploring Lake Como!

Un jardin magnifique avec une vue à couper le souffle , une très belle piscine (un peu fraîche mais très propre et agréable) et un logement sympa très fonctionnel et bien décoré avec une belle petite terrasse. Un lido à quelques mètres de la propriété, c’est top. Bref, nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans un lieu sublime et Aldo a été très accueillant.

Alessandra was absolutely amazing, not only while we were there, but leading up to our stay. It felt like we made a friend in Italy. She was friendly, communicative, and helpful! The airline lost our bags and she kept checking in to see if we had an update. She truly went above and beyond! The Airbnb was so clean and welcoming! Right across the street from Lake Como! Beautiful area! Would recommend to anyone!

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Belaggio und Dennis war ein äußerst hilfsbereiter und kommunikativer Gastgeber. Die gute Kaffeemaschine, die Nähe zu einem Spielplatz, der Bushaltestelle und dem Schiffsanleger sind hervorzuheben. Wir hatten mit unseren Kindern eine sehr schöne Zeit 🙂

We stayed at Francesca’s home for the first part of our honeymoon. Prior to our stay, we found Francesca to be very attentive, responsive and lovely to chat with. Her home is beautiful and is in a lovely area on Lake Como. There are many restaurants in walking distance as well as the town beach and a beach bar. The views are spectacular and the access to the beach is excellent. We would recommend this stay to anyone.

Alles war super wir kommen wieder! Wir waren mit unseren drei Kindern da, die Umgebung mit Park und Pool direkt am See Ist perfekt. Für das Abendessen kann man mit dem Auto nach Campione oder Bissone. Für den täglichen Bedarf hat es in der nähe ein Coop. Auch super als Ausgangsziel für Ausflüge nach Lugano, Como oder Locarno! 5 Sterne gerne wieder!

We had a lovely, relaxing 3 night stay. The views from the balcony are spectacular. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was nice and the lake is also lovely for a swim, right on the doorstep. The only thing I would say is it's quite a long walk to the nearest shop, restaurant and train station (1.5 km about 20 minutes walking) and it's along quite a busy road, with a very narrow footpath. We did it several times but it never got any easier. They did pick us up on arrival and drop us off at the station when we left, so that was a bonus. But I would recommend loading up on groceries and just chilling out at the apartment. Or phone a taxi. I would definitely recommend staying there though, just for the peace and quiet and magnificent views.

I cannot say enough good things about Vanessa’s place in Argegno. The town itself is a gem, away from the “hustle and bustle” of the town of Como but yet easily accessible by either ferry, bus, or taxi. Almost as if she painstakingly thought through everything a visitor might need, Vanessa’s note to us had quite literally everything we needed and more. The “more” was the extensive list of recommendations. We were there for a wedding and thought our limited free time would be spent strolling around the small town and perhaps a few hours on the lake on a boat ride. But when we saw that she had a great connection for a cooking class, we took advantage of this and had SUCH a great time. The property itself and walking to and from it always made us feel like we weren’t tourists but locals coming home. The properly had everything we needed, was super comfortable, and we especially loved having a glass of wine on the little outdoor seat & table. LOVED IT!

Top ausgestattete Unterkunft, ruhige Umgebung und schöne Gegend zahlreiche Unternehmungen. Kommunikation mit dem Host war einwandfrei und hat sogar gute Empfehlungen für Restaurants! 👍 Gerne wieder.

Any closer to the lake and you’d be wet. The views are spectacular, Varenna is an easy walk or the train station is across the road. (and up a bit, you can’t hear it) Rindo met us on arrival and gave us some good food recommendations. Comfortable bed, typical Italian electrics and a great place to watch the world go by. The car park is a bonus, if it becomes an option, I’d take it.

Wir waren 5 Damen, die eine wundervolle Zeit dort verbrachten! Wir haben dort 2 Geburtstage gefeiert und es war einfach perfekt! Alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Zum Supermarkt sind wir allerdings mit dem Auto gefahren und konnten dort alles was das Herz begehrt einkaufen. Wir können diese Unterkunft einwandfrei empfehlen und werden wiederkommen!

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und haben eine wunderbare Woche in einer luxuriösen Wohnung in traumhafter Lage direkt am See verbracht. Die Gastgeberfamilie war überaus freundlich, hat uns mit viel Privatsphäre begegnet und wertvolle Tipps gegeben. Besonders der Empfang durch Ruth war sehr angenehm – sie hat uns gleich mit allen wichtigen Informationen, wie der elektronischen Toröffnung, vertraut gemacht. Die Wohnung selbst lässt keine Wünsche offen: stilvoll eingerichtet, bestens ausgestattet und dank Cheminée auch an Regentagen herrlich gemütlich. Der Garten ist ein echtes Highlight – wir können uns gut vorstellen, wie schön es hier im Sommer zum Baden sein muss. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Eine aussergewöhnliche Unterkunft in besonderer Lage mit ebenso besonderen Gastgebern. Vielen Dank für diese schöne Woche!

Großartiger Ausblick aus jedem Fenster auf den See, Zugang zum See über den privaten Steg, gemütliche Sitzecken, außen Grill, innen tolle Einrichtung. Alles da, was man braucht! Das Haus hat natürlich Charakter und Charme, die ein oder andere Eigenart, da knarzt schon mal was oder schließt nicht perfekt, da steigt einem manchmal der Gasgeruch von Ofen und Heizung in die Nase, man hört die Übermieter rumpeln und steht direkt auf der Rundstraße um den Comer See, wenn man durchs Tor geht und die Motorräder brausen einem lautstark an den Ohren vorbei. La dolce Vita eben ;) Dafür Palmen im Garten, der See vor der Nase, morgens mit der Kaffeetasse am Steg sitzen, abends der Blick auf die Berge, die den Sonnenuntergang reflektieren. Argegno ist süß. Kleinster Supermarkt der Welt ;) treppauf, treppab, es gibt oben herum einen sicheren Fußweg ins Dorf; die Fähren fahren regelmäßig rüber nach Bellagio, Nesso, Como usw. und manchmal fahren sie halt nicht. Hach, du herrlich eigenwilliges Italien.

Eine wirklich großartige Wohnung mit toller Aussicht. Sehr sauber, alles was wir brauchten war vorhanden. Auch der PKW-Platz in der Garage- ein Muss in der Gegend. Kommen gerne wieder.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen. In wenigen Gehminuten erreicht man den See, tolle Restaurants und Cafés. Man kann zu Fuß die Umgebung erkunden oder in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto in benachbarte Orte fahren. Wir waren mit einem Baby vor Ort, auch das hat in der Unterkunft wunderbar funktioniert. Es gibt zwar einen Aufzug, aber der ist sehr klein. Daher kann man den Kinderwagen entweder zusammengeklappt im Flur stehen lassen (oder die paar Treppenstufen rauftragen und in der Wohnung platzieren). Top: moderne Ausstattung, Klimaanlage, Waschmaschine für Notfälle, viele und große Schränke, in denen man alles super verstauen kann und so die kleine Größe der Wohnung vollumfänglich nutzen kann. Die Lage ist wirklich super! Wenn man wie wir Schwierigkeiten mit der Garage hat (Mercedes B Klasse zum Verhältnis der engen Garage war problematisch), gibt es einige kostenlose Parkplätze in unmittelbarer Nähe. Alessandro und seine Frau waren sehr nette Gastgeber.
