Enjoy your stay in Sölden in our beautiful holiday house above the river with beautiful view of the sourrouding mountains. The house is only 500m away from the next ski lift station and a short walk towards the city center. The whole house has been completely renovated in 2023. The apartment accomodates up to 10 persons, offers a private garden and a balcony, 3 lovely bed rooms, 2 bathrooms and a spacious kitchen and dining area. Parking is available directly in front of the house.

The apartment is located in a house built in 2018 in the center of the tranquil Ötztal municipality of Längenfeld. Despite the central location, the surroundings are very quiet and sunny.
