Ideal for larger groups and especially families with children, this house has an open kitchen and 3 bathrooms. It is quietly located below Neuschwanstein. The lake and Tegelberg are within easy walking distance. You can enjoy the sun in the garden and on the terrace. There are toys, a sandbox, a table tennis table and football goals as well as a basketball hoop.

We were there with 7 adults for 4 days and felt very comfortable. The house has a special and inviting, enveloping atmosphere. It is not simply furnished for tourists, it has the spirit of the owner and the surroundings with many loving and meaningful details. We found everything we needed to cook. The kitchen table is a great place to linger and have conversations. It's just nice and highly recommended. The 2 toilets are also helpful if you live with a larger group. Was a very pleasant stay with Katja. She gave us good tips for excursions. Unfortunately, we were not so lucky with the weather, but we were able to make ourselves comfortable with the stove in the house. The location is very quiet and you don't have long travel times for excursions.

We felt very comfortable with Gudrun and Daniel. The house are beautiful. The highlight was waking up in the morning to the view of the mountains/valley and at night to the starry sky. Simply fantastic!! Our dog Ellie also felt very comfortable. There are beautiful hiking trails right on the doorstep. Thank you so much for the wonderful time.

The accommodation is very idyllically located and has an amazing view of the mountains. There was a good basic equipment in the cottage & we could turn on the wood stove in the evening, which was very cozy. Eric was super friendly and also gave us recommendations for hiking routes. Overall, we had a really nice weekend :)

The house is exceptional! Amazing view, very clean and spacious. Truly different from any other place we’ve stayed at in Italy. The toilet even has a chair-style bidet, which was a great! Things to note: • There’s no AC, so we had to keep the balcony doors open but there are no insect screens, so bugs can get in. • The downstairs room doesn’t have a door and is located right next to the toilet and shower.

We stayed at Philipp's place for a week. The apartment was clean and the interaction was very friendly. There is also the option to book breakfast at the hotel. We gladly accepted the offer and it is recommended. There are good restaurants nearby and the accommodation is also well located for hiking. We felt very comfortable there.

The apartment was clean and newly renovated, well equipped and you immediately felt comfortable. The host was totally nice and helpful, everything went smoothly. Even a welcome package for dog and human! However, if you are looking for a really quiet stay, you should know that the apartment is located directly in the village on a thoroughfare and next to a hotel and there are several apartments in the house. Absolutely top for a central stay and starting point for hikes!

We were very lucky to spend some unforgettable days in the Chalet Schaller in Tisens - absolutely quiet, with a fantastic view over the Etschtal. The chalet is high-quality, stylish and furnished with great attention to detail – you immediately feel comfortable. A special highlight was the sauna and heated outdoor pool - perfect for relaxing after hiking. Everything was sparkling clean and well equipped. The hosts were exceptionally warm, helpful and gave great tips for excursions and restaurants in the area. An absolute insider tip for those seeking tranquility, comfort, and South Tyrolean hospitality amidst breathtaking natural beauty. We will definitely be back!

The apartment is in a great location, exactly matches the pictures and was very tidy. Check-in via the neighboring hotel was straightforward. Especially nice: We were able to use the pool and sauna. A big thank you to Helmut for the friendly support. When it came to work on the roof during our stay, he reimbursed us 20% on his own initiative. This is truly an exceptional service. Thank you for everything, we will be happy to come back!

We were enthusiastic about the accommodation from the beginning, Brigitte welcomed us very kindly and explained everything well. She also always clarified all questions superbly, no matter what it was about. The location is perfect, everything is easy to reach and yet quiet. The apartment was sparkling clean and everything you need was available. The beds were very comfortable, we had a restful sleep. The garden is beautiful, the pool refreshing and also very clean, there were also plenty of loungers and shaded areas. The guest card, which you could use to use the buses and selected mountain railways, is also great. All in all, we recommend it without restrictions, we give it a full score and we will be happy to come back. A big thank you goes out to Brigitte again!

I was my partner and our dog, it was a super positive experience, a very clean place and equipped with everything you need. Quiet location, the night slept great in absolute silence. Markus and his wife were very kind and super helpful, they gave us tips on everything from restaurants to things to see, they even left us a thought before we left ! Too bad we only stayed for three days ! Thanks again for everything ! We hope to see you again !

Francesca and Nico have created a beautiful oasis in the heart of the Dolomites. Even the welcome in the apartment was above average warm and courteous. Francesca was always available for questions and was able to give us great tips for exploring the Dolomites. She lovingly takes care of the guests! The apartment has everything you could ask for. The equipment is excellent and fully corresponds to the description of the advertisement. You can feel how much love was put into it, so we felt at home from the first second. This allowed us to enjoy wonderful relaxing days. We haven't had such peace for a long time. The location is also ideal as a starting point for hikes. We recommend this apartment to everyone from the heart and will certainly come back ourselves!

A lovely, spacious, and fully furnished apartment in the heart of Ötztal. Many shops are within walking distance, including supermarkets, a drugstore, and more. It's also easy to reach various hiking and via ferrata routes by car. A free parking spot is available right next to the house. Finn and his family have been incredibly kind and helpful — we felt very welcomed during our stay. Thank you and wish you all the best!

Nicola was a fantastic host, it was extremely easy to communicate with. the place exceeded the expectations, the view in particular was breathtaking and the place inside was incredible. His Dad welcomed us when we arrived and let us use his coffee, salt and oil which we didn't have. We stayed only two days and we tried to do as many things as we could. We had a couple of beautiful hikes with a starting point not far from the Maso, and we enjoyed the Rabbi spring water where close to the location as well. It was the perfect escape for me and my partner. Thanks Nicola and Bruno!

We were in the accommodation for a week in early/mid-June 2025 and are absolutely thrilled. The area is fantastically beautiful, especially for nature lovers. Numerous hiking trails of varying difficulty right on the doorstep - very quiet location and friendly people. The hosts are extremely friendly, open and likeable. We would have loved to stay longer and would recommend the apartment, which was very clean and cozy (with incredibly beautiful views of the mountains) to our friends without reservation! A total of 5 out of 5 stars! Thank you for the wonderful holiday experience.

We stayed for 3 nights at Gennaro's apartment. As you can see in the pictures, modern furnishings. He had homemade Limocello for a tasting. Also everything else is there from olive oil, coffee machines with capsules, noodles, towels .... Only the parking situation is difficult in the evening and on weekends.

Despite the not so great weather, we had wonderful days at Angelina's. The Airbnb is beautifully surrounded by vineyards and is superbly equipped. 😊 We used the hot tub and sauna and were very satisfied. In order for the hot tub to get really nice and warm, you have to heat it properly (3-4 times) with the wood. The service from Angelina and her mom was excellent. Both are very friendly and were always available on their cell phone. Since we booked a stay of 10 days, we even got fresh towels (the complete package) and fresh water was also added to the hot tub. You can really see how much effort is put into it and how neatly everything is done. 😊 We can recommend the accommodation with the best Recommend knowledge. ☺️ There are many great restaurants and hiking opportunities in the area. Amazing place, incredible location with access to amazing hikes/runs. The apartment wads very comfortable with nice touches like dimming lighting, very comfy bed, beautiful cozy balcony to enjoy the view, and all the other little touches (Including the luxurious sauna). Perfect hosts and welcoming hospitality. WOW! We had an amazing stay - there was absolutely nothing that we could find for them to even improve on! Thank you for offering such a wonderful place for us to enjoy during our little trip. We will most definitely be back.
