Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

The 25 sqm cottage with sleeping loft and sunroom has all amenities. The kitchen is well-equipped with access to the sunroom where you can enjoy the view of Boxvik Kile. The balcony is on 2 levels with outdoor furniture and barbecue on the upper level and a hot tub with sea water, which the sun warms up in summer (Open 6/1-8/31) with associated sun loungers on the lower level.

The apartment is on the first floor of the large house and is 90 m2 with lake views from almost all rooms. Directly outside the apartment there is a terrace of 150 m2 with exit from almost all rooms. 2 bedrooms with 180 cm double beds, 1 bedroom with 160 cm bed and 1 bedroom with single bed 90 cm, two of the bedrooms have their own toilet, There is also a larger bathroom with toilet and shower.

Stay in your own apartment in Hälleviksstrand, Orust

3-rums lägenhet på första plan mitt i mysiga Hälleviksstrand. Nära till klippor och hav. Bil (1st) parkeras gratis vid huset på gården. Tillgång till trädgård och lägenheten har egen del av altan med matplats och grill. Köket har det mesta man kan behöva. Hushållssopor och kompost slängs i två olika tunnor på gården. Räkskal slängs i vassen/ vattnet nedanför huset på tomten. Sortering av glas, metall och papp slängs vid badplatsen i container. Obs! Ta med egna sängkläder och handdukar.

Hälleviksstrand - Waterfront Cottage

A lake house built in 2023 for 4 people located right on the waterfront with its own jetty, bathing ladder and berth for a deep-sea boat. From the living room, bedroom, balcony & jetty you can see Kråksundsgap, Edshultshall and Sollidshamn. There are wonderful cliffs & nature for walking and hiking. The sea around Hälleviksstrand is perfect for guests with their own boat or sea kayak. Parking is included about 150 meters from the house. Sheets, towels included. Cleaning can be purchased.

House with five beds on beautiful Lyrön

Hus på 44kvm med möjlighet att bo fem personer. Huset är vackert beläget med utsikt över ängar och berg. Framför huset finns en stor gräsmatta som kan användas för lekar och andra aktiviteter. Det är fem minuters promenad till havet och i viken finns en eka som man får låna. På ön finns en fiskaffär och restaurang, också den fem minuters promenad från huset. Naturen på ön är mångskiftande med öppet hav och klippor i väst, små jordbruk och skog mitt på ön.
