Auf dem knatschenden Echtholz-Parkett geht es links zu Schlafzimmer und Wohnbereich, rechts durch die Küche auf die Dachterrasse. Das kleine Wannenbad geht dann als Teambuilding-Massnahme durch. ;-)

Das Bett hat die Maße 200 cm x 160 cm. Vor dem großen Südfenster befindet sich eine Terrasse (9 m²). Wenn es mehr als 2 Gäste sind, gibt es Matratzen, für das Wohnzimmer. Ausstattung Küchen-Inventar, „was man so braucht“; zwei Induktionskochplatten; Mini-Backofen; Waffeleisen. Fernseher (über Sat-Anlage).

And this in the middle of Soltau, in the beautiful Lüneburg Heath. The apartment was refurbished and renovated at the end of 2018. From here, excursions to Heide Park, the Snow Dome, Soltau Therme, the Designer Outlet, the city center and much more are possible! Also suitable for relatives of patients of the very nearby clinics.

From here, well-known amusement parks such as Heide Park - Soltau, Serengeti - Park Hodenhagen or the World Bird - Park Walsrode can be reached quickly and easily by car. The cities of Hanover, Hamburg and Bremen are easily accessible by car, but also by train. The heart of our Lüneburg Heath is the beautiful old town of Lüneburg and is always worth a visit.

My place is close to the heath park, safari park, bird park, snowdome, Soltauer thermal spa. The apartment has its own terrace in south-east orientation. The apartment is in the basement of a residential building built in 2014 and has a new and upscale equipment. The metropolises of Hamburg/Hanover/Bremen are each less than an hour away. Bad Fallingbostel can be reached by bike within a very short time and offers everything for everyday needs.

The town center with shops is within walking distance in max. 10 minutes. Studio (approx. 30 m²) with private entrance, double bed (1.40 m), single bed (0.90 m) and private bathroom. The dining area with fridge, kettle, toaster, dishes and cutlery. Please smoke in an extra "smoking lounge." In the neighborhood there is a company that can provide "acoustic impressions" during the week between 7 am and 4:30 pm.

The cottage is a former half-timbered carport and is located on a 3000 sqm property together with the landlord's residential building in a quiet forest settlement at a distance of about 300 m from the federal road 3. It is designed for 2 people and no pets are allowed. Bed linen and towels are provided. The location is ideal for hiking and cycling tours in the Lüneburg Heath.
