The apartment is suitable for 4 people + 1 child on (extra mattress) There is a double bed (180 cm) and a pull-out sofa bed (160 cm) in the living room. Furniture is allergy-friendly; see the pictures. Heidepark is a 20-minute walk away, and the Wolterdingen train station is a 15-minute walk away.

The town center with shops is within walking distance in max. 10 minutes. Studio (approx. 30 m²) with private entrance, double bed (1.40 m), single bed (0.90 m) and private bathroom. The dining area with a fridge, kettle, toaster, dishes and cutlery. The garden is NOT dog-proof!! In the neighborhood, there is a company that can provide "acoustic impressions" during the week between 7:00 AM and 4:30 PM. One dog costs a five-euro cleaning fee. There is no smoking indoors
