Our idyllic cottage from 1730 is located in the middle of the old village center of Wilkenburg (Hemmingen), surrounded by a nature reserve. A breathtaking swimming lake (100 m) and many paths into nature are just a stone's throw away. The city center of Hanover, the Maschsee and the Hanover trade fair can be reached in a 5-10 minute drive. Pure idyll! You treat yourself to a break in the calm countryside! In a private house with 140 square meters. In the enclosed courtyard there is a pavilion, garden loungers and a large grill. You will stay on two floors in lovingly designed rooms. You can relax and explore the area, cycle, swim or paddle on the Aller. Our village is 10 km from the equestrian town of Verden, right on the Weser-Aller cycle path and a five-minute walk to the river. Children and dogs are welcome.

The town center with shops is within walking distance in max. 10 minutes. Studio (approx. 30 m²) with private entrance, double bed (1.40 m), single bed (0.90 m) and private bathroom. The dining area with a fridge, kettle, toaster, dishes and cutlery. The garden is NOT dog-proof!! In the neighborhood, there is a company that can provide "acoustic impressions" during the week between 7:00 AM and 4:30 PM. One dog costs a five-euro cleaning fee. There is no smoking indoors
