The quiet location on the Gera River on the edge of the Steigerwald in connection with the proximity to the city and the good transport connections offers an ideal starting point for visits to Erfurt and the surrounding area, as well as for hiking and biking excursions. The Gera bike path leads directly along the house. Business travelers will find quiet and relaxing nights as well as free parking.

Cozy little cave in villa

The room is in the basement of a villa in a good location of Weimar. It has a separate entrance on the side of the villa where there is also a small outdoor seating area with table for the guests. There you go down a few stairs to the entrance. In the anteroom is the wardrobe where there is also a fridge, kettle and Nespresso coffee maker. From there, the toilet is accessible. Bedroom has a 1.40 x 2 m bed with sitting area and small bathroom with walk-in shower. No kitchen!

In 2013, the 3 quietly located apartments and in 2018 the basement apartment (apartment 4) in the Rosenhof were opened and offer space for up to 15 people. Enjoy the sight and smell of our English roses in our garden. The apartments and the vacation home are located in the immediate vicinity of the old town. The Erfurt Cathedral, Petersberg, the University and the Clinic are also within walking distance. The nearest tram stop is less than 2 minutes' walk away.
