Your accommodation is the ideal starting point for the various routes of the European Cultural Hiking Trail throughout the Main Triangle. It is 15 km to Würzburg and about 3 km to Ochsenfurt. There is a direct train connection in about 500 m. The well-known wine region with the towns of Sommerhausen, Randersacker, Eibelstadt …. offers countless excursion possibilities...

Wir begrüßen Sie herzlich im Weinort Theilheim. Näher kann man der Natur nicht sein. Die nahegelegene Barockstadt Würzburg ist über einen malerischen Radweg (ca. 10 km) zu erreichen. Die ca. 32 m2 große Einzimmer-Ferienwohnung wurde 2024 frisch renoviert (max. für 2 Personen). Zur umfangreichen Ausstattung gehören Backofen, Spülmaschine, 43 Zoll QLED Fernseher, Digitalradio, Föhn uvm. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden während Ihres Aufenthaltes zur Verfügung gestellt. Brötchenservice optional.

Apartment on the south slope

Welcome to Apartment am Südhang! Our cozy apartment is perfect for families or small groups (1–6 guests). It offers three bedrooms, each with two single beds, blackout blinds, and a TV. The small kitchen is well equipped, and the bathroom features an almost walk-in shower. A dining table invites you to relax, and free Wi-Fi is available. Explore the charming town of Ochsenfurt by the Main River with its medieval flair. Note: the apartment is accessed via stairs. We look forward to hosting you!

Feel good in the vineyards in the 120 sqm vacation home

This listed and modernized vacation home awaits you in the heart of Sommerhausen. It offers space on approx. 120 square meters for a vacation for two or the whole family. The central location in the middle of the village offers the advantage of short distances (Main, vineyard, cafes, restaurants, shopping, public transport). On some weekends, due to the location on the old market square, our guests are right in the middle of our great wine festivals (for dates see pictures).

Ferienhaus 70m² Frieda House

Dieses liebevoll eingerichtete Fachwerkhaus erstreckt sich über Erdgeschoss, Obergeschoss und Dachgeschoss und bietet auf ca. 70 m² Platz für bis zu 4 Personen. Im Dachgeschoss befindet sich ein gemütliches Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett. Der Wohn-/Schlafraum im Obergeschoss verfügt über eine komfortable Schlafcouch und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Im Erdgeschoss finden Sie eine voll ausgestattete Küchenzeile mit angrenzendem Essbereich sowie ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC.

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

Vacation home Weinkeller 84

Welcome to Weinkeller 84, a wine cellar in Randersacker that has been converted into a holiday apartment. Here, old stone walls and restored furniture meet modern furnishings, which gives the apartment a great charm and coziness. The accommodation can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. Despite the basement, every room has daylight. The living-dining room has a big seating window that invites you to linger. A small garden with a terrace is available to guests.

Stay in the idyllic Mönchshof

In the middle of the old town, in a quiet street, our apartment is located on the ground floor with its own entrance. If bicycles are brought, they can be pushed through the large gate, which can be opened from the inside, into the courtyard. Please do not carry the bicycles through the apartment. Parking is only possible outside the city walls (about 2 minutes' walk). For loading and unloading, however, you can drive in front of the apartment.

Beautiful apartment from the 16th century

The 500-year-old house was completely renovated in 2021. Enjoy a relaxing evening on the sofa under an elaborately restored stucco ceiling from the Baroque period, take a look at the historical details that can be found throughout the apartment and feel completely at home in the lovingly furnished apartment. Two bedrooms with double bed and separate bathroom, well-equipped kitchen and only 2 minutes' walk from the river bank with swimming bay.

Studio on the southern slope - terrace & close to vineyards

Genießen Sie entspannte Tage in unserem modernen, liebevoll eingerichteten Studio in ruhiger Lage am fränkischen Südhang. Die stilvolle Unterkunft bietet Platz für 1–2 Personen (ein Kind bis 2 Jahre ist zusätzlich willkommen und kann im Bett der Eltern schlafen). Weinberge, Wanderwege und die historische Altstadt von Marktbreit sind bequem erreichbar – ideal für Paare, Kurzurlauber, Geschäftsreisende und alle, die Franken entdecken möchten.

Staying at Sommerhausen Castle

Experience an exceptional stay at the historic Schloss Sommerhausen, where cultural landmarks, fine dining, and renowned wines await you within walking distance. You will be accommodated in a spacious two-room apartment (approx. 70 m²) in the castle’s side wing, offering timeless charm and a private staircase. Upon request, the apartment can host up to two additional guests or children (sofa bed). Pets are welcome by arrangement.

House "Nr.16" ground floor - fantastic view of Ochsenfurt

Preserving the charm of the 60s and reinterpreting it from today's perspective was our wish when we extensively renovated our house "No. 16" together with our architects in 2017/18. The result is two sunny apartments on the southern slope of Ochsenfurt with a fantastic view of the Main Valley and the medieval old town. We look forward to hosting our vacation rentals in the 2019 architecture tours.
