This listed and modernized vacation home awaits you in the heart of Sommerhausen. It offers space on approx. 120 square meters for a vacation for two or the whole family. The central location in the middle of the village offers the advantage of short distances (Main, vineyard, cafes, restaurants, shopping, public transport). On some weekends, due to the location on the old market square, our guests are right in the middle of our great wine festivals (for dates see pictures).

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

Welcome to Weinkeller 84, a wine cellar in Randersacker that has been converted into a holiday apartment. Here, old stone walls and restored furniture meet modern furnishings, which gives the apartment a great charm and coziness. The accommodation can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. Despite the basement, every room has daylight. The living-dining room has a big seating window that invites you to linger. A small garden with a terrace is available to guests.

Stay in the idyllic Mönchshof

In the middle of the old town, in a quiet street, our apartment is located on the ground floor with its own entrance. If bicycles are brought, they can be pushed through the large gate, which can be opened from the inside, into the courtyard. Please do not carry the bicycles through the apartment. Parking is only possible outside the city walls (about 2 minutes' walk). For loading and unloading, however, you can drive in front of the apartment.

Beautiful apartment from the 16th century

The 500-year-old house was completely renovated in 2021. Enjoy a relaxing evening on the sofa under an elaborately restored stucco ceiling from the Baroque period, take a look at the historical details that can be found throughout the apartment and feel completely at home in the lovingly furnished apartment. Welcome to our cozy and modern apartment. It is lovingly furnished with a mixture of modern and old. The apartment invites vacationers, bike tourists or professional commuters alike to linger. Ochsenfurt is located directly on the Main with many cycling and hiking trails. Some things are within walking distance. Also, shopping markets within walking distance (1.6 km 22 min) and the medieval old town (2 km 25 min).

House "Nr.16" ground floor - fantastic view of Ochsenfurt

Preserving the charm of the 60s and reinterpreting it from today's perspective was our wish when we extensively renovated our house "No. 16" together with our architects in 2017/18. The result is two sunny apartments on the southern slope of Ochsenfurt with a fantastic view of the Main Valley and the medieval old town. We look forward to hosting our vacation rentals in the 2019 architecture tours.
