Everything went well, we got what we paid for!

Beautiful house with veranda on a beautiful garden. Company of 5 cats, of which we had close contact with 2;). The house stays nice and cool due to the shutters. There is a good kitchen, lovely bed, nice shower and lots of windows. At night you can hear the crickets and it is nice and quiet. Claus and his wife are very nice and speak perfect German. In Barcs, a 10-minute drive, there is a wide choice of supermarkets and bakeries, atm's and there is a good spa with thermal baths etc. In Szulok itself it is quiet, so here you really come for your "zen", peace, nature, reading, meditation... We loved it after Budapest. We'd love to come back!

Very great location, basically just 5 minutes on foot from the beach and all the main attractions in Siófok. As for the accommodation, everything was clean and functional, with great parking in the area. The wellness was average, the water in the pool was a little colder, but I have nothing to complain about. The biggest advantage was the outdoor patio, which was very cozy and big, but you'll just love it as soon as you get there. I highly recommend this apartment to everyone.

Veronika's space was spotless, and very comfortable for our family. Although we had the bad luck to visit during record-breaking heat, she went out of her way to help accommodate us with fans and shades. The location is slightly out of town center but still close to everything, including a small free beach at about a 5-minute walk. We actually preferred that one as it was less crowded than the the main beach. She provided recommendations for local excursions that we enjoyed. She and her mom (who lives on site) are both very warm and welcoming.

Gyöngyi and her husband are very nice hosts, the accommodation is clean, it has its own dock, which you can go to Lake Balaton, a demanding breakfast/cafe 2-3 minutes walk in the area, where it is nice to start the day. It's a great place to rest.

I was with my parents and my Chuhuahua dog in this fantastically beautiful accommodation............ and it was absolutely perfect. Heike and Sefa are fantastic hosts! Very likeable, helpful and always in a good mood........ The apartment is beautiful, very tastefully decorated, spacious and very clean. The garden is a dream and we felt completely comfortable........ My dog got along very well with the gallant dachshund of the hosts right away and so we had a very relaxed time even if the weather did not quite cooperate........ The place is very well furnished and equipped so that you can stay well even on rainy days.

Are you looking for peace, nature and a really nice place to unwind? Then this is the place for you! The lovingly furnished apartment is totally idyllic and quiet - perfect for couples who just want to unwind. A beautiful private garden is right next to the house. Here you can also barbecue or lie in the hammock. The apartment is superbly equipped, it has everything you need – and a little more. It offers enough space for two, is modern and furnished with great attention to detail. A parking space right in front of the door is of course also included. Bence was always available, super uncomplicated via WA and happy to help - no matter what it's about.

It was our first time on Balaton. Apartment as described: everything is ok, the air conditioning worked. To a cool public beach is 7 minutes to the main entrance, the price of cheap tickets: about 6000 for a family of 6. The train station is 20 minutes away, perfect for a trip to Budapest. You had a great stay!

Tamas was a very friendly and helpful host. The apartment was really well equipped and gave us everything we needed. Our dogs really enjoyed the access to the garden. A very pleasant stay

Very nice apartment in a stone house with your own entrance! Beautiful Mediterranean terrace with a garden! The trees provide shade and it is just very nice and harmoniously designed! I felt very comfortable and had full holiday flair! Elisabeth is a very friendly, helpful and communicative host! Was able to talk to her very well! I'd love to come back!

The apartment is located in a shared house, the neighbors were very tidy. The neighborhood and the views are beautiful.

I am sorry I never met the owner of this stylish and authentic apartment. The elegant pictures of ballet dancers, the homely touches such as the sea-shelled themed toilet lid, the solid timeless furnishings and even the memory foam topper on the bed, indicate this has been a much loved holiday home for many years. If you only like IKEA, generic hotels or bland minimalism this is not the place for you. This is a unique retreat for a real family, built by someone who cared about comfort, and establish a haven of peace in a chaotic world. It has all you need for a pleasant holiday (it is clean, quiet and in the ideal location), but if you do decide to stay here I urge you to try and spend just a few minutes to imagine the love that has gone into creating this home. Having been brought up in England, I feel privileged to have had a glimpse into the life of the cultured 20th century middle European lady who created such a lovely space for her family.

We spent two nights here, we were satisfied with everything! The host was very kind and helpful in everything! The apartment was exactly as in the pictures, clean, comfortable and equipped!

This is the perfect place to stay at if you go to the lake / bath daily! It is a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment with every amenity one needs away from home. The host is very nice and flexible. The location is also great for dining and evening entertainment yet it is quiet. I recommend this place for both romantic and family getaways!

What a wonderful stay we had at the villa, tastefully decorated, and in the middle of a peaceful area yet near to beautiful places like Hévíz and Keszthely. We were met with a greatly equipped kitchen and the most delicious Hungarian wine. We spend our mornings in the sun on the patio. The only thing that went with a slight hassle was getting out of the gate at our final day, but even that was something we could laugh about after all our nice stay! Thank you Gabriella!
