New holiday home on Søndeled! Great location in quiet residential area with nice neighbors and views of Søndeled fjord. We have large patio with several seating areas around the house and barbecue available. Endless with hiking areas in beautiful southern nature just outside the door. Cozy community with convenience stores in 10 minutes walk from the house. A perfect holiday home in the heart of Sørlandet- 30 min from Kragerø and 20 min from Risør Electricity is added. The pool is available from May 1 to October 1

Great decorated apartment in peaceful surroundings.

Lys og delikat innredet leilighet. Bygd opp som en hotell suite,med stue, soverom med kjøkkenkrok,stor dusj og bad. Her kan man slappe av i rolige og landlige omgivelser. Det er en stor dobbeltseng, køyeseng og sprinkelseng i leiligheten. Sommerbyene Risør,Kragerø og Tvedestrand er kun 40 minutter unna med bil. Det er også fine badeplasser i nærheten. Vinterstid er det kort vei for de som liker langrenn ved Kleivvann og på Gautefall er det alpinanlegg. Jaktterreng kan leies gjennom Statskog.

The beach in front is Bronnstadbukta, area with rich nature, perfect for adults and kids. Great hiking right outside the door, with numerous popular summit hikes and hiking trails. Risør city center about 7 min walking time. Swimming area about 10 min walking time. There is toilet and called water only. (No shower in apartment, but Outdoor shower is available.) (3 beds and the possibility that another one sleeps on the sofa.) Bed linen is not included.

Lad batteriene på idylliske Hjartinn. Sovesofa kan slås ut for to. Tilgang til uteplasser hage. Grill, vannkoker og minikjøleskap. Utedo med vaskeservant (ventilert snurredo). Bade kan du gjøre i et tjern i nærheten (få minutter å gå, 2 min sykkel) eller på Søndeledtunet. Badebrygge. Kiwi (matbutikk) og kinesisk restaurant med uteservering finner du og på Tunet. Hund er tillatt om den er renslig inne og dere evt plukker opp etter den i hagen.

Cozy boat house in idyllic Tvedestrand. The boat arch is located right on the seafront, with access to private jetty, kayaks and garden/garden furniture. The area is quiet and peaceful. Really Southern idyll. Proximity to, among other things, Lyngør. Bua best suited for 2 people to stay for longer periods. But it can be set up for the dining area, sofa and bed/sofa bed for 4 people if needed. Kayaks for 3 people( 1 + 2) from June-October.

Great newer cabin with sea view.

Great newer cabin (completed 2022) at Kallerberget in Risør with stunning views of the sea. The cabin is located in a new and family friendly cabin field about 10 minutes car or boat ride away from Risør city center. There is a car road all the way to the cabin and parking space for four cars on the premises. Nice hiking areas nearby, e.g. coastal hiking trail into Risør city center and hiking trail to Fransåsen.

Summer house right by the sea

We spent two wonderful weeks in the cabin right on the fjord. The cottage is exactly as shown in the photos. There is everything you need; you can bring your own bed linen and towels. The check-in/ out via the key box went smoothly, everything was clean and in the kitchen there was everything necessary to prepare and store. We used the boat for paddle tours, right next to the cabin there is a small beach. In the surroundings there are beautiful lakes and hiking trails, until Risør, Grimstad, Arendal and Kragerø it is not far, otherwise you can also easily spend time "only" at the hut. We also met the very nice hosts, the communication always went smoothly before and during the stay. We would keep driving to the cabin and spend our holidays there.

We had the most amazing couple of days at Mortens beautiful cabin. The views are spectacular and it was very peaceful out there. The cabin is very clean and modern. It doesn’t have running water inside but one can easily manage to do everything one needs to do with the water pump outside. We’ll definitely keep this one in mind for any coming visits and will highly recommend it to anyone travelling the area!!

The house is a step back in time. It is truly unique with a combination of old and new. It was a little tricky to find the first time but the host Steinar met us and explained how things worked in the house. There is no wifi in the house which was fine with me since we we gone most days. We enjoyed our stay.
