Bring the whole family to beautiful Ærø. Here is our cozy townhouse in the village of Bregninge. The house is newly renovated with a new kitchen, living room with wood-burning stove, dining room and an extra room with a daybed. There is access to a new wooden terrace of 25 sqm from the living room with sea view and direct access from the garden to the city's playground. 3 rooms on the 1st floor. All with a double bed. One room has its own toilet, another has an alcove where you can sleep smaller children. The third room also has a cot.

Renovated house located in scenic surroundings 200 meters from Flensburg Fjord. The house is suitable for holiday home. The house is located on a less busy road with 300 meters to the shopping center, which contains supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacy and medical center. Close to the house is the area's best beach with free access to the jetty and playground. The garden of the house can be used for play and there is garden furniture in the associated patio. The larger towns of Sønderborg, Aabenraa and Flensburg can be found within 20 km.

Homely townhouse

My townhouse with the blue doors is completely unique and is located in beautiful surroundings in a quiet neighborhood. I live in the house myself with my two children and therefore the house is very child-friendly. There are plenty of games, toys for both outside and inside. The garden is not big, but lovely with the possibility of barbecue and relaxation in the hammock. My neighbors rarely make noise, even though we live close by. Dannevang is ideal for 2 -3 families, a “grandparents' holiday” or a large family with many kids. This is not a typical holiday home, it is a twin house meaning you have 2 "houses" in one. The total area is 200m2. It is all under the same roof connected by a large covered terrace. At each end of the house, you will find 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, and in one of the units a "hems" (loft) a cozy area for the kids to play, read or sleep. Lovely beaches and nature and a big garden.

Det er et sommerhus på 80 kvm med 2 soveværelser - 1 med dobbeltseng og 1 med to enkeltsenge. Huset er for nylig blevet renoveret og byder nu på et nyere badeværelse og et moderniseret køkkenområde. Generelt er det et lyst og velindrettet hus, som kan tilbyde dig den perfekte atmosfære til et behageligt og afslappende ophold.

My anchorage

My place is 300 meters from the Schlei with beach, right in Arnis in a fantastic environment. You'll love my place because of the cozy location and the scenery. My place is good for couples (with babies or toddlers), solo adventurers, business travelers, and furry friends (pets). Since May, we have been participating in the model project of the Baltic Sea Fjord Schlei.

Family-friendly flat 8 min to the city centre.

NO Youth groups 2 bedrooms,1 bathroom, 1 kitchen/ living room, separate entrance. (Living area about 75 m2) The apartment is a ground floor-apartment , but you have to use an outdoor or indoor staircase. Not suitable for people with disabilities. There is a lovely view to the garden from both bedrooms. Our house is situated in a quiet area near municipal park.
