The house was newly renovated in the winter of 2024/25 and furnished with a spacious sofa and corner bench for games, dinners and family fun. From the whole house, there is the most beautiful 180-degree view of the Little Belt. Around the house, there is a lawn and 2 terraces, with garden furniture, barbecue and deck chairs. From the house, it is a 7-10 minute walk to the beach. Just past the house, the Alsstien also passes, which is a marked hiking route along the coast and through forests on the island of Als.

The hosts live in the ground floor apartment and are available for questions and other information about the local area. It is not far to the harbor in the city, where there is city life with various bars and restaurants and nice shopping. There is access to a garden environment with its own terrace with dining area and gas grill. There is a smart TV in the apartment with airplay and all streaming services installed.

There is a trampoline, playhouse, mud kitchen and sandbox for children. The horses walk in the field right up the garden. There are lots of games and things for creative play indoors. A real family oasis. Small allergy-friendly dogs are allowed. There are several lovely beaches, good restaurants, and an active city life. The beach Kerneland is about 15 km from the house.

Here you get the perfect setting for relaxation, socializing and fun - just a short drive from the area's many experiences. Velkommen til den gamle skomagerhytte i Gråsten. Her kan du overnatte i skomagerens gamle værksted - en charmerende hytte nænsomt og rustikt renoveret med respekt for husets unikke historie og sjæl. Fra haven kan du nyde udsigten til slotssøen. Hytten er 56 m2 og indeholder entre, moderniseret køkken, badeværelse, stue med original fransk jernseng. Desuden et separat sovekammer ved dobbeltseng. Der er varmepumpe og plads til en babyseng i det ene soverum. Medbring håndklæder og sengetøj.

Well-designed tiny house in a quiet setting

Good accommodation with location about 15 minutes from the Danish/German border. Close to Sønderborg (13 km) and Gråsten (5 km). In the bedroom, there are duvets and pillows for 2 people. In the kitchen, there is a refrigerator, stove, oven, coffee maker and electric kettle. The home has underfloor heating. There is a toilet in the home and an outdoor shower with cold and hot water. There is also an indoor bathroom, which is next to the mini house. You are welcome to use the backyard.

There is space for the family with and without children. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. There is a climbing tower and a soccer goal available. The garden is over 1000 square meters. There is space to grill, play or unwind. The garden is completely enclosed. Of course, there is also a baby crib in the house. The beach is 15 minutes by car. The small cozy townhouse

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis, where the entire apartment has been completely renovated and looks nice and delicious and where you have easy access to everything. You have restaurants, cafes, shops and the water right by and of course the harbor environment :-) In relation to the use of the TV and Chromecast, remember that your own phone must be logged on to the WiFi in the house and then it is called Allrum.

The Hyggelei (electricity included!)

In the summer of 2021, our second vacation home was completed. Once again, we have done everything to furnish the house both stylishly and in a child-friendly way. Children will find plenty of toys here and from winter 2021 the garden will offer a variety of play options such as swing, trampoline and soccer goals. We have put a lot of effort into the decor and hope that you like it.
