Short distance to The Well spa, Tusenfryd, Kolbotn with good restaurants and shopping center. Grocery/pharmacy in the immediate vicinity and 5 min walk to the direct bus that takes you to Oslo S in 30 min

The house is located 400m from the nearest tram stop, which takes you directly to Oslo s in 5 minutes.

The house is situated only 30 minutes with bus or 20 minutes by car to the center of Oslo. The house has 3 sunny porches where You can enjoy your morning coffee, barbeque, your meals or just relaxing. It’s children friendly with a big fenced shared garden in front of the house with a small playground, so You can watch your kids while You barbeque or do other activites. The townhouse is in a dead end street, and it's almost no traffic here because the house is in the end of the street.

Very quiet area with plenty of play areas for children, also many hiking and swimming opportunities; only 15 minute walk to the beach at Oksval. Our favourite place in Norway since moving from England! :)
