The cottage is surrounded by lush nature with hiking opportunities in the area, and at the lake just below the cottage you can sail, fish and swim. Appartment close to Mandalselva (river). Good fishing opportunities, Close to grosery store and gas station. 17 min drive from Mandal, 30 min from Kristiansand and 40 min from Kr.sand zoo. Good hiking opportunities, frisbee golf course and fine bathingspots nearby. This is a family friendly home and we have three children. It is also an older house, and the sound-proofing isn’t the best. We will do our best to keep the noise level to a minimum, but occasionally it can get a bit noisy.
