I had a fantastic stay at this lovely home in Khlong Hae. The house is beautifully designed—clean, modern, and decorated with a calming minimalist aesthetic that made me feel instantly relaxed. It was clear the host put a lot of thought into the small details, from the cozy lighting to the well-equipped kitchen and comfortable furniture. The location is great—peaceful and quiet, but still very convenient. It's close to local attractions like the Hat Yai Floating Market and Hatyai Park, plus there are several 7-Elevens, cafes, and restaurants nearby. I especially appreciated the private parking, which made getting around easy. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and everything was spotless when we arrived. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly—they were always quick to respond and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended for groups looking for a relaxing and stylish home base while visiting Hatyai!

We love every bits and pieces of Bushra's place. The house is exactly as advertised. Easy self check in and check out is a bonus point. Place is walkable to 7 eleven & Cafe Amazon. Having two bathroom is also very convenient and comfortable for the four of us. Worth every penny. Thank you so much Bushra!

Good place to stay if u come with family. Big size bed. Easy to find the place even 15-20 minutes from the town.

I had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. The place was new, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The location was also perfect. Highly recommended!

Great place just outside the centre of hat yai! 5-10 mins away by car. We had our cats with us and it was great for them, plenty of space and a big drive behind gates for them to run around if we wanted to let them out without escaping. The house was clean with a fully functioning kitchen. We had no issues with grab drivers locating us either. Would defo stay again.

The owner was incredibly helpful and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

The environment around the room is very quiet. There is no noise. It is a 15-minute walk from the city center. It is very convenient. The uncle who received us is very friendly. I will come again next time.

We felt welcome and comfortable. The rooms were clean , Host is responsive and helpful,. Truly enjoyed staying on Lalidas place.

For me, it was worth the price. We had everything to ourselves . Gladly again and again .

walkable to hatyai central, makro, asean night bazaar and greenway night market. all facilities complete. huge chiller can store our shopping food at 7eleven 😆 also walkable to the top massage in Hat Yai. Host also provide snacks and a lot of mineral water so we dont get dehydrated as thailand quite hot. room clean pick up rubbish everyday. as we came early, we put our luggage behind the office and they carry it and put inside our room once they settle cleaning. 5 ⭐ service.

Exactly as pictured! Super spacious, with a living room area, small kitchen, dining table and large comfy bed. Great views of the city too :) The hosts kindly left us some bottled water and instant noodles, which we appreciated after our long journey!

Host provide us nice view stay with comfortable room. Host also compassionate which allow us to check in early once we arrived there riding from Kuala Lumpur.

Very great location. Soo much better than we expected. Very nice place, just like a hotel. In front of 2 cute cafes. Can walk to Cheevit Cheeva! Can fit at least 5 person comfortably! Provide us drinks and instant noodles too. Love this place! Got parking also!

What an absolute gem this place is! It's everything you want from a home - the room, the workdesks(!), the kitchenette, the patio/balcony, the bathroom, everything was great. I struggle to find a fault in any of the amenities! The location is also very good. Surrounded by local eateries and convenience stores. It's a 20 minute walk from the city center, 5 minutes from the bus terminal and 25 from the train station. It's not in the absolute center but it's so close and that's the best thing you could ask for in Hat Yai. We will return to Hat Yai even if I only to stay again. Honestly, we've been to pretty much everywhere in SEA and Chong's place trumps all. 10/10!

We spent 2 weeks at Alan's place and we really loved it. The apartment is a little small but very cozy and clean. The WiFi is super fast and there's a table to have a meal or eat. Then, the bed is comfortable and there's a small balcony. We work online and we were happy to find a shared working area downstairs. The gym was very spacious and the equipment was enough. Location wise, it's about 5 minutes drive from central shopping mall (you can't walk there), 5 minutes walk from 7-11 and cafe Amazon, and just about 10 minutes from Hat Yai city. All in all I highly recommend and I would stay here again

The apartment is a hidden gem in an old condominium. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, despite the condo outside is not well maintened. A jacuzzi is available in the bathroom. We found a cockroach, probably coming from outside, and they offered a free cleaning for it. Internet is very fast and suitable for remote work. Everything with Tukta and Tuktik was perfect.
