Cottage with wood-burning stove and fire pit

Nice cottage of 90m² with loft in quiet surroundings, close to the fjord and a beautiful common area with a jetty in the summer months. There is no view of the water from the house. Everything is included in the price, electricity, water, towels, bed linen, tea towels, and basic foods such as oil, sugar and spices. The wood-burning stove is the main source of heating, there is electric heating in the bathroom, a little underfloor heating which is turned on when the electricity is cheap. The garden is completely undisturbed with room for games, sports and play.

Half-timbered house in the small town of Lejbølle. Go back in time with lots of patina and low ceilings. 3 wood-burning stoves for the sake of coziness, they are not heat sources (there is a heat pump). Behind the garden is a closed, barbecue, fireplace and old forge iron stove for decoration. There are games and a music system (AUX connector for iPhone is there). The house has a 55” flat screen and Wi-Fi. All beds are Hæstens beds, minimum Superior. I have several houses on Langeland, but this is unconditionally the nicest with a feeling of "old days".

New cottage in the absolute 1st row and private beach at Musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50 m2 and with a 10 m2 annex. The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Cozy accommodation at Flintebjerggaard, a recreational farm 12 km east of Næstved. Come and stay in our old farmhouse, where we have furnished a smaller home with kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. From the kitchen/living room, there is access to the loft with a double sofa bed. From the living room, there is a view of the garden and chickens (rooster crowing may occur!), and access to a paved small terrace, which may be used by you - in the summer season, there is garden furniture. The property is open with fields and orchards around.

The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

The house is a traditonal Danish countryside house, 20 km from Roskilde. Here you can enjoy the Danish “hygge”, with peace and nature that you’ll find nowhere else. Relax on the terrasse in the garden, walk in the woods or to Gershøj beach. Go biking on the “fjordsti” which follows Roskilde and Ise fjord, just 1.5 km from the house. Bikes can be borrowed here for free. In winter, you can make a fire. Breakfast and dinner can be arranged upon request and against fees.

Includes kitchen/living room with sofa bed, bedroom with 2 beds, bathroom and entrance hall. Small separate garden with a covered terrace. Dogs allowed, however, max 2. Can, by agreement, run loose on the whole property. Smoking in the house is not allowed, but must take place outdoors.

Danish island summerhouse – fjord view

Our modern summerhouse is situated at Oroe in Isefjorden. The house lies on a 'hilly' plot owerlooking Isefjorden almost at the end of a gravel road. From the beach you can fish and swim.
