Romantic Nord-EST: Central Loft and sea glimpse

Romantic full-height attic with exposed stones and beams in every room and scenic bedroom with mezzanine and glimpse of the sea. Located in a residential area, with a green park and Art Nouveau buildings where at no. 1 lived the writer James Joyce. Close to the Railway Station and a convenient municipal car park with ticket (Silos/ Saba). Crossing the Borgo Teresiano you can reach the center in 10 minutes by foots. Pharmacy, supermarkets, ice cream parlor and restaurants just a few meters away.

Located on the second floor of an historical building at the heart of the ancient neighbourhood of Cavana, close to the sea, Juliet is a sunny studio flat with an independent access, attached to our apartment. Surrounded by the city’s most famed attractions, the apartment allows easy access to the countless cafés and restaurants of the area, but is located in a side street, sheltered from the clamour of nightlife. Other features are wi-fi, air conditioning system and a small private balcony.

The elevator will take you to the floor where through an independent terrace you will access our elegant and quiet 75 sqm apartment consisting of a hallway, large open space living area with equipped kitchen, fabulous double bedroom, independent dressing room with large walk-in shower and bathroom.
