Very pleasant stay in François' beautiful villa, tastefully decorated, very well equipped, with a superb quiet terrace and heated pool. I highly recommend it, ideal for a family stay where young and old have fun at will.

We had a great week in Montalivet. The space is beautiful, clean, tidy, well-equipped, and matches the photos. The area is very nice, the shopping/pedestrian street is within walking distance of the accommodation and has many restaurants and shops.

Carmen is a great host, very responsive, helpful and friendly. Her place is fab, in a great location by the lagoon. As two families we enjoyed the privacy of the ensuite room with separate entrance. Having another ensuite and separate bathroom worked well for us. The main space with a little kitchen area at the back was well used too, opening out onto the terraces with ever changing views of the sea and amazing sunsets. The only issue, out of our host's control, was the bugs - mosquitoes weren't repelled by our repellent or deterred by long clothes, and the gnats and wasps were also persistent during the sunny weather. La Plage restaurant, two doors along, is welcoming for drinks and great seafood. There is an obstacle course and exercise route just along the prom for the kids as well as a baguette machine and another restaurant which rarely seemed to be open! Lidl, E Leclerc and Intermarche are within 10 mins drive. La Rochelle and Cognac within 1 hour. We would happily return.

Very pleasant stay, we were greeted by Romain on our arrival, very friendly, friendly and very helpful host. the accommodation is very functional and equipped to accommodate families with a baby and children which is really a big plus. We also met Laure, who did not fail to greet us. Very attentive hosts, very clean accommodation in a peaceful and very well decorated place halfway between lake and ocean, spoilt for choice. We will surely come back and highly recommend this accommodation. thank you very much 👍🏼😊

Excellent stay at Sophie's, the accommodation is ideal for a couple, there is everything as at home. Very quiet environment, and the restaurant recommended by Sophie was excellent.

We had a wonderful holiday at Sandy and Patrick's lovely house. Communication was seamless, and instructions were accurate. They took care to provide us with great recommendations that undoubtedly made our stay even more enjoyable. The proximity to the beach and the popular coffee Baine added a touch of magic to this trip. We recommend this rental without a second thought to anyone who wants to enjoy the sweetness of life in this pretty city that is Soulac. Thanks again, we'll be happy to come back!

Jean-Pierre is a very attentive host! Always smiling, even on the phone, and very welcoming and helpful! We enjoyed the accommodation which was as described and as pictured, but we were unable to enjoy the pool as much as we would have liked, which is very nice, well maintained and clean. It's close enough to everything, St Palais, Royan and Palmyre are just minutes from Jean-Pierre's. Thank you Jean-Pierre for your hospitality and kindness, we will recommend your accommodation! We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful cottage just behind the dunes of Écureuil beach. The location is perfect — peaceful and ideal for enjoying the sun, sea, and sand. There’s on-site parking for two cars, which is very convenient. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Good quiet location away from the bustle of Lacanau but close enough to walk/ride to the beach, centre of town and supermarkets.

Hello, this is the second time I have spent time in this villa under the pine trees of Charente-Maritime. A timeless place, with the beach nearby, a place where it is good to put down your suitcases, to be consumed without moderation. The house was superb - spacious, smart and very well-equipped in every respect. It has a lovely pool, pool house and poolside lounging area, which our children and grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed. Its location in Saint-Palais-sur-Mer is great, with one beach (Plage du Platin) within easy walking distance and others (Grand Coté, Bureau and Nauzan) just a little further away. There is a good boulangerie (which serves pizzas in the evening) and a seafood supplier just 5 minutes walk away. We would be very happy to stay with Catherine again and thoroughly recommend the house.

We had a wonderful week in the nice cosy House of Stephane. It is very central in Lacanau, so that you can walk to beaches, restaurants, Shops and Cafés. The Pool is fantastic. Frederic was very friendly and always available if you need something. Thank you

The accommodation is comfortable, quiet, you can really rest there and there is everything you need. The accommodation is ideally located close to the center (20 min walk to the beach) and quiet. Beautiful stay with a magnificent view of the estuary. The house is very well equipped, quiet and pleasant. The veranda is a real plus when the weather is not on your side. We recommend it without hesitation!

Clean, tidy "cabin spirit" accommodation. Bright, spacious, exotic accommodation. Many activities around to do such as visit the citadel and the city of Château d'Oleron, the beach and many paths in the woods.

Beautiful address at the port of Meschers in a quiet environment, even if the restaurants and the port are a few steps from the rental. The house is even better in real life than in the photos! Very spacious, well-equipped, everything is there for a good time spent with family!

Nicolas's place is a peaceful oasis. It feels well decorated with taste and above all nothing is missing, everything is well thought out and thoughtful. The accommodation is a 5-minute walk from the city center and 2 minutes from the beach. Nicolas is a friendly and accommodating host. If we return to Soulac, we will stay at Nicolas' accommodation without hesitation.

Perfect place for our short stay in Saint Palais. Ten minutes walk to beach, restaurants,shops etc.

New housing, tastefully decorated, open to a peaceful patio that invites you to relax. Ideally located between the various beaches and a 25-minute walk from the iconic Royan market. Emmanuelle is available, warm and gives good advice.

We had an exceptional stay at Stéphanie's beachfront home. The house was absolutely perfect: very bright, clean, well-equipped and tastefully decorated. Every morning, we were able to enjoy the calm and serenity of the place from the terrace. Stéphanie is an amazing host. As soon as we arrived, she welcomed us warmly and made sure we didn't miss anything. She was available throughout our stay to answer our questions and give us tips on the best activities and restaurants in the area.
