Anne and Lionel are SO kind and helpful, and made me feel right at home. The space was clean and inviting. I would return in a heartbeat! Thank you, Anne and Lionel, for a superb experience!

Well-located and charming accommodation, in a typical neighborhood close to the ocean where the must-see corners of Royan can be visited on foot. In the evening, the nights are quiet and the mattress is comfortable. Thanks to Hugo for his responsiveness and kindness. We'll be back!

Very good family stay in Philippe and his wife's apartment. The apartment is beautifully decorated, with three spacious bedrooms and a pleasant exterior, ideal for enjoying the sun. It is very well located, everything is on foot. Warm and friendly welcome. Thank you for this stay!

We loved it - be close to shops and the beach - Decor and interior design - Comfort beds This house is perfect for a weekend getaway with the family. Once you park the car, you don't touch it anymore. A wonderful place to disconnect from everyday life, a house with good karma, we recommend it!

Very nice accommodation, in line with the description and even beyond our expectations regarding the garden which is huge, very well furnished and perfectly maintained. The indoor pool was appreciated in view of the mixed weather. We had a great weekend with friends! I would recommend it in a second.

We were two families with 5 children in total and had a great stay at Stéphane's! The place is ideal, very well located, close to the beach. The children had a great time and the adults did too! We had an absolutely perfect stay at Isabelle's, even if we had to cut it short. Upon our arrival, we were seduced by the charm and care given to every detail of the cottage. The place is a real cocoon nestled in a green setting, ideal for relaxing away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The Nordic bath, sauna and brazier are real assets: the evening has turned into a moment of absolute relaxation. Everything is as described, or even better! The calm atmosphere, the beauty of the setting and the quality of the equipment make the stay really pleasant. Isabelle is a very kind host, available and discreet, with whom it is very pleasant to interact. We came with our 2-month-old baby, and Isabelle even provided us with a travel cot. An address that we will keep and recommend! Thank you again Isabelle for this lovely interlude.

Quiet place. Charming and well decorated accommodation. Independent of the owners who live next door. Everything you need for a very pleasant stay in the Medoc. However, it was not hot enough in April to take advantage of the pool reserved for the listing. Easy and free parking ( and a charging station for EV owners at 80m) We would highly recommend it.

We were 6 adults, we spent 2 nights at Laurent's Location is very calm and peaceful The house is really worth a visit There is everything you need to spend a comfortable stay Swimming pool, garden and terrace, everything is there to enjoy the outdoors The bikes available (with anti-theft and pumps) are also very practical I recommend it 200%

Mylène and Laurent were lovely from the time of our booking, very flexible and available. The accommodation perfectly matched our expectations and we were even pleasantly surprised by all the equipment that was in the accommodation. We had a great stay in the cozy home of Florence and Jean Michel! Pleasant both inside and on the terrace, well-equipped and located in a peaceful setting close to the beach, we have very good memories of this accommodation. 😃 It was also nice to have access to the pool!
