The living room opens onto a pleasant terrace on stilts which offers a beautiful view of the garden. Close to basic shops, the cottage is ideally located to discover the must-see sites and places of the department: Suisse-Normande 10 min away, Falaise and its Ducal castle 25 min away, the beaches of the Côte de Nacre 35 min away and Caen - regional capital - 25 min.

There are 4 bathrooms and toilets, and 4 living rooms with 4 kitchens. If needed, 3 double sofa beds are available in 3 of the living rooms, accommodating up to 30 guests. There is a communal dining room for up to 30 people. Tables and chairs are provided. Excellent Wi-Fi. 250 m² garden. Free parking.
