Very clean and pleasant apartment, with all the necessities, having towels and sheets is an undeniable plus. The residence is well maintained, the staff friendly and daily activities offered. We had a short stay but storing as many exceptional images as possible thanks to the magnificent view of the Rhune to Seignosse! The top floor brings the expected calm. The accommodation is perfect for 2 people. Lena is very responsive when needed and accommodating on the flexibility of check-in. Thank you, we had a pleasant time 👍

Excellent stay at Véronique's apartment. Everything is easy to access on foot, by bike (beach, port, city center). The private parking space is a real "plus". The accommodation is very functional and clean. I would recommend it 💯

I did not meet Eric and I regret it, but I am particularly satisfied with the exchanges we had. Eric is very responsive, eager to resolve any issues as quickly as possible. He responds very quickly to requests. He regularly makes sure that everything is going well for his guests. Eric deserves the status of super host and I will gladly recommend him to friends looking for a vacation place in Vieux Boucau.

By far the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in. We have 2 babies and the place was ideal for us. Thoughtfully designed, very clean and clutter free. The hosts could not have been more helpful. A wonderful place!

Had a great time at this place! The apartment is as described, very clean, well-equipped and conveniently located. The real highlight is the view of the sea: absolutely incredible, especially at sunset. A real happiness on a daily basis. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant, with shops and restaurants within walking distance. The host was very responsive and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. A just perfect stay! The villa is ideally located in Capbreton: close to the beach, shops, bike paths... everything is within reach. The house is superb, very well maintained and equipped with absolutely everything you need — you feel at home from the moment you arrive. But what really made our stay exceptional was our host: incredibly kind, always available and attentive to make sure everything went well. Her warm welcome really made a difference. We would recommend this villa without a second thought and hope to come back very soon!

Karyn‘s place is just beautiful. We had a lovely stay at the charming, calm and authentic landaise villa. We had all we needed just a couple of minutes walking including some great surf. The outdoor shower is a huge plus. 100% recommended for up to 6 persons. Communication with Karyn was totally easy and very friendly.

We had a wonderful stay at Léa's place. Our arrival was easy and smooth thanks to the instructions given by Léa as well as thanks to the availability of Nathalie who told us where the parking was (at the bottom of the apartment, what more could you ask for?). Upon arrival, the apartment was very clean and had all the basic necessities: toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, sheets and towels. The apartment has all the necessary amenities for stays: oven, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle, kitchen utensils, dishes… nothing was missing! The location is ideal, everything is within walking distance: the beach, the lake, the shops, a bike rental store... The quality/price ratio of the accommodation is really great, you can't find better. We are more than delighted with the accommodation and Léa's availability. We look forward to the opening of reservations for 2026!

Condominium in the forest, not far from the beaches and the lake. Quiet environment and balcony overlooking the pine trees! Very responsive and friendly hosts in our exchanges! Apartment also very clean, nice with a nice equipment layout. We had a great time 🤩

We stayed 6 nights in the apartment, felt very comfortable from the first moment and would have liked to stay longer. Everything is as described, practical and friendly and simply a very nice place. The interactions with Agnès and Jean-Marie were very friendly and uncomplicated, thank you also for the cake to welcome us and the tips for the area. The location is great, the view from the terrace of the dunes is very nice, the beach behind the dune is also nice. We also did a lot of cycling, there are good bike paths. Conclusion: We will definitely be happy to come back.

Our week was very nice. Jany is very welcoming and gives good advice on activities to do in Vieux Boucau. The place is perfect! Beautifully decorated... practical... everything is there to have a good vacation. Beach and businesses nearby. Everything is done on foot, we hardly used our car.
