Holiday rentals with a home theatre in South Bohemian Region

We felt very comfortable. Everything sparkling clean! It was a real wow factor when we entered the apartment. We loved the communication and helpfulness. The location close to the lake is also nice. I don't know if it was in the description, but maybe good to know: There were only 2 double beds (beautiful with great views) and 1 single bed in one of the bedrooms in a niche. If you have clairvoyance, it's not so optimal. And then there was a kind of mattress storage with 4 mattresses directly on the floor upstairs, which can be reached via a quite steep staircase. OK for one night, otherwise rather unfavorable for adults. As a children's warehouse, it may be very fun and cozy. In any case, thank you for the wonderful short stay. Would definitely recommend.

We had an incredible time, with beautiful surroundings - really calm and peaceful right by the lake. Apartment is well equipped, everything you need for cooking and even all sorts of toiletries. There's so much to see and do in the area, we stayed for one week and could have easily stayed longer. A real gem, highly recommend Jan's place to explore this corner of Czech.

We were a group of 6 girls and it was great! Very nice and a lot of space. The contact was always very fast and very nice via WA! The area itself is also beautiful. Only the address was not so easy to find with Google maps. But telephone help with directions was available!

excellent stay. The owner prepared everything for our arrival despite the reservation being made a few hours before our arrival. Communication is easy and he responds very quickly on messages. accommodation is very clean and has all the essentials for the stay. the children enjoyed the pool . except that the pool was deep for them . otherwise I would highly recommend 👍

The apartment is very modern, practically furnished and well equipped. There were 4 of us (2 adults and 2 children) and the aparment was very comfortable, despite being small. It also has a large terrace, it would be great if there were more comfortable furniture outside to enjoy the view. The place was qiute in April, but offers great options of water activities. Everything was clean and the our host was very helpful. I would definitely come back.

We used the accommodation for a bachelor party and were satisfied. A quiet place with good facilities and a barn where you can use a large canvas. Unfortunately, the night before we left, we were found by a severe storm that had thrown out electricity that didn't hit, but it was an extraordinary event that the host can't.

Very beautiful place, you immediately feel that the house is done with big care for details. Amazing garden and hot tub, bathrobes and slippers are provided. Perfect for a small group of close friends or one/two families. The owner is responsive and nice :)
