Literally the perfect place for a weekend getaway — hot tub, bbq, and firepit - plus a walk to a good pub nearby. Had an amazing time and all went very smoothly. Will definitely be coming back!

Absolutely brilliant. Love golf or not this is a lovely place to stay with modern and pristine facilities. Really nice and friendly staff. The Lodge. The Lodge is absolutely lovely and actually has comfortable beds unlike others I have stayed in. The kitchen is fully kitted out and has everything you need. The Lodge is very spacious and has 2 toilets, one of which is an ensuite. The Hot tube was a great addition and wouldn’t go without now. The view looks over part of the course and is within 1-2 min walk of the club house and all the facilities, so if you fancy some golf, food or beer it’s a stone throw away. Cambridge centre is a 20/25min drive away so and Eber is like £20. Would definitely come again and will be back great value. Thank you Cambridge county club and the host of the lodge it was lovely.

Such a cute place to stay, has everything you need and looks exactly like the listing, everything was lovely and clean including the hot tub, it is a beautiful area to walk around, would definitely stay here again :)

Amazing lodge, very clean and had all the amenities needed. We stayed for 1 night for my husband’s birthday and the little touches were lovely. A bottle of prosecco and orange juice plus milk in the fridge, toiletries in the bathroom and robes for the hot tub! The hot tub was so nice, especially sitting inside and taking in the views! A wonderfully cosy place where we were able to truly unwind. The fully enclosed garden was perfect for sunbathing and enjoying the peaceful sounds of birds and nature. The house itself is comfortable, well-appointed, and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The jacuzzi was an absolute treat – a perfect way to relax at the end of the day. We really appreciated the attention to detail, and felt right at home.

Absolutely stunning lodge, was exactly what we wanted. Very spacious and was bigger than expected. The hot tub added a little extra something. Everything you would need for a weekend stay. Fantastic surroundings, including the friendly horses that would come to their gate for a stroke. Beautiful location with a country park not far for a great walk. Overall a brilliant stay and would highly recommend!

I booked up the cabin last minute for a weekend away and it was perfect, we felt like we were completly on our own and had no neighbours as such. It was just enough for a peaceful weekend get away, everything was clean and tidy, really comfortable and had everything we needed.

We have just got home after our two night stay at Sherwood Farm. I am from Soham but now live In the midlands.. I felt straight at home and my god did I forget home peaceful it is out there. There was so much room for all our children to play outside and for us all to sit together and watch tv as a family. Absolutely stunning place. Will definitely be coming back to stay when visiting family. Absolutely worth every penny. Loved it. Thankyou to Stuart and Carol for being great hosts and providing everything we needed.

Claudia and Andy are the perfect hosts. They have tried to think of everything. The cabin is so much more than the pictures show. It spacious and comfortable with everything you could possibly need. A quiet retreat just far enough away from the world to feel fully disconnected, but close enough to big towns and tourism. Also an easy enough distance to enjoy a day in London, if that's your thing. We just wanted peace and quiet which Claudia's place most certainly provides. You will also be treated to birds of prey in the skies and the cute furry things on the ground too. Can't wait to return

A cosy and well equipped cabin in a lovely setting in a beautiful part of the country. It met all our needs plus Fiona was very attentive. We were further welcomed by homemade treats and simple extras including fresh flowers & milk, all left for us in the cabin for our arrival, thank you😃

My favorite place to say when in beautiful Cambridge! Located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, but an easy walk to all the colleges, restaurants, and all the wonderful things the heart of Cambridge has to offer. Look forward to my next visit!

Perfectly fine place. It's a cabin at the end of the garden on one of the houses opposite the Old Spring pub. Everything was clean and in good working order. The keys were all a little hard to use, they stick in the locks, so a little persistence is needed.

Helens lodge is always clean and well stocked with all you could need, even milk upon arrival. Helen is really helpful with any requests or assistance required. Definitely recommend to anyone.

The cabin is beautiful! It's a really well put-together space, beautifully presented, with modern furnishings... and the sauna! Buddy was super helpful and responsive, and the stay all went very smoothly.

Lovely cabin to stay at with beautiful views and kitty did an amazing job at making us feel welcome! So much information provided and we honestly loved being there! Tennis courts are available to use which is amazing and the whole place looked so lovely! We will definitely be back soon and hopefully for more days next time! Thanks kitty! Xx

A beautiful setting, the dome in the garden was a real added bonus and the garden lights and decor were a lovely touch. So much outside space, you could easily add another cabin and still have I plenty of privacy and space. Well equipped kitchen and very clean bathroom. We couldn’t get to WiFi to connect and the tv signal was patchy but didn’t bother us as we didn’t really need either. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Fantastic place to stay, Peter was very responsive, friendly and gave clear instructions. Although we were allocated a different lodge to the one we thought we had booked, we were happy with the lodge and its beautiful surroundings. Will definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay here for the High Lodge Forest Live concerts. David was a fantastic host and couldn’t be more helpful. The cabin is decorated to an extremely high spec and was spacious and comfortable. We happened to visit during the June heatwave and the cabin remained cool. Would highly recommend
