Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in South El Monte

Mary’s place was great! There were many food spots right around the corner. It was very spacious and felt cozy. My favorite part was the giant mirror and dimmable lights! Parking and getting inside was easy.

Janet’s place was so cozy and made us feel at home. All check in details are super clearly written out and photographed - unfortunately I missed them at first because Airbnb’s user interface made it seem like I couldn’t scroll past the door code image. Being from San Francisco, we appreciated the AC units in both the living room and bedroom. Great location and parking onsite was convenient / not too far from the unit itself. My husband and I did have to coordinate a little bit if we both wanted to be in the bathroom at the same time as it was a bit of a narrow space, but it wasn’t a huge issue at all. Would definitely recommend!

Jason was a great host. Any issues that arose they fixed it. Great neighborhood. Would stay again.

An amazing home in a beautiful neighborhood. The listing is just like the photos. Tall ceilings, beautiful tile and spacious! It’s a private location separated from the rest of the property. I would highly recommend!

I wish it were possible to put more than 5 stars because this place exceeded my expectations on so many levels! I’ve stayed at many Airbnbs before, but never been with a host that has gone as above and beyond for their guests as Kim and Van have. They anticipated my needs time and time again, but didn’t have to say a thing as they had everything labeled with helpful notes. I can’t wait to take a trip here again so I can stay at this Airbnb. The environment is so warm and welcoming, that I didn’t feel as though I was an intruding on someone’s home but rather in my home. 100000/10 would stay again and encourage you to stay as well!!

Place was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures. Definitely would book again. Only thing is the neighbors could be a little nosy at times.

Wie waren für 3 Nächte dort. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Straße in einem guten Wohnviertel. Durch die proaktiven Anweisungen die Vermieterin und die gute Beschreibung lies sich die Wohnung leicht finden und mit einem persönlichen PIN-Code öffnen. Ein Parkticket für einen Stellplatz an der Strasse lag wie vereinbart bereit. Die Wohnung ist modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, alles sieht noch sehr neu und gepflegt aus. In der Umgebung sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Tankstellen und Restaurants in nur wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Ein idealer Ausgangpunkt um das laute Los Angeles zu erkunden aber trotzdem ruhig und sicher zu übernachten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

We had a lovely 4 night stay, and absolutely loved it. The room felt much bigger in person than the photos, and we quickly felt right at home. The garage provided extra peace of mind for parking as well. Many useful amenities were provided, and the room was very clean. Mattress was comfortable, and the large TV provided for great late-night entertainment. Other reviews had mentioned thin walls, but that was not our experience at all. We would love to stay here again in the future.

This was a great find in Baldwin Park. Close to countless coffee shops and restaurants so if you want to get work done during the morning and have fun in the evenings, this place is perfect

O local é bem estratégico! 30 a 40 min de tudo! A casa é grande! Ficamos em um casal e dois filhos e foi bem confortável Os anfitriões são ótimos! A cafeteria quebrou e eles trocaram no outro dia já! Respondiam super rápidos meus questionamentos! A única coisa que melhoraria são os utensílios domésticos! Não estavam ruins, mas achei pouca variedade para nós que fizemos várias refeições em casa. Mas nada que afetou nossa estadia! Super recomendo

Excellent communication from the host. Convenient location. Right off the freeway, a 7-11 around the corner and a great breakfast/burger joint as well. Beds are comfortable and good water pressure. Enough beds for everyone in our group. We like entertainment/game options provided. Washer//Dryer is a nice touch. We did not need to use it but it is nice to have the option. Plenty of utensils and plates. We had a wonderful time staying here for our dance workshop. Thank you!

Jacky's place was super cozy and clean. This was my first time in LA and a dream come true! I felt very safe in my space here and I would highly recommend staying here! I will definitely be back and will want to stay here again.

Hang’s place was just what I was looking for. The space is detached from the main house, clean and quiet. There was a wedding at a house on the street, taking up all the parking spaces. Hanh’s husband had saved me a spot. It doesn’t get more thoughtful than that!! I will most definitely be returning.

Selina was a very responsive host with a nice little place. Very clean and no frills. Bonus points for the gated private parking spot. If you are looking for a place to stay, with all the essentials and at a fair price, I would highly recommend.

Giselle and Ali are amazing hosts and we always enjoy our stay in their beautiful unit :) We’d definitely visit again soon!

We were in LA for business meetings. Before we make a reservation, we compared Ali's condo with the other condos surrounding. He is the most responsive and most helpful host, and we are so glad and lucky that we made a correct selection and book Ali's house. He likes a local friend who provided us with not only assistance/guidance on check-in and staying but also touring and catering advice. He is super responsive, proactively reaching out to us offering additional help, and so friendly. The place is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Guests can tell from the tasty design, details of guidance, and thoughtful and convenient amenities that Ali and his wife have spent great time and effort to make this place as welcoming and cozy as possible. This place is definitely our stay for next visit, regardless for business or private. The location is close to everything, peaceful, and in walking distance to my LA office and everything.

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

Nice place. Quiet. I had no issues getting in. The bathroom was clean. Kitchen was clean. They had a steamer for my clothes which was nice as well.

I had a great stay at Shant’s place! Everything was as described, the place was clean, and communication with Shant was easy! I would definitely recommend!

Roger’s place was perfect for my weekend trip to Pasadena. Within walking distance of good restaurants and very clean. Roger was a responsive and helpful host.

What a wonderful place to stay! Nearby to many restaurants, stores, and bars. The parking was easy to get into and the unit was great! Massive kitchen with everything you could need. The street the unit is on is lined with purple trees and it was so stunning. The host was incredibly accommodating by letting us check in very early and gave us the codes right away for everything. Couldn't recommend this place more!!
