Jeff’s penthouse captures the cosmopolitan sceneries of downtown Halifax, from sunrise to sunset. The property is well maintained, sun lit, and is a rare retreat from the bustling city scene near the water.

so easy to walk to restaurants and very handy to have a parking spot. very quiet neighborhood and a huge bonus was the large patio with a couch and a few chairs. had a decent gym and over all was good value.

Spacious, clean apartment in the heart of downtown Halifax, it’s a less than 10 minute walk to the waterfront. Included parking space which was really convenient and the host Jeremy was very responsive. I would 100% stay here again.

Great location and lots of room for larger families or couples. Kitchen was well stocked and very clean. Easily walkable to downtown Halifax and the waterfront with lots of restaurants and stores nearby.

This place was awesome! Great building, BEAUTIFUL condo, easy access to the gym, nice spot to get shops/restaurants/sights, etc. I would absolutely book there again. The only downfall was early morning noise, but only certain days of the week. I couldn’t tell if it was construction or the garbage truck, but it was very noisy from the second floor, and woke me up. However, these things are obviously out of Jeremy’s hands! Easy 5 star review ⭐️

This Airbnb was terrific for the following reasons: the location (ie central and near anything you may want or need), the amenities (in both the actual unit and the building), the host (he was very responsive and helpful), and the unit itself was big and bright and had everything we needed for a 3 day stay. I will definitely stay there again. Thank you Jeremy.

The apartment was beautiful with incredible views. It was comfortable and clean, great location and safe, with easy access and great amenities. The bathroom was spacious and clean with great water pressure and perfect hot water. Bed was incredibly comfortable, climate control easy to use. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Halifax.

I had a great stay at Jeff’s penthouse. The space was clean, well-maintained, and matched the listing perfectly. The view was absolutely incredible definitely one of the highlights of the stay. The location was convenient, and Jeff was a great host: responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and everything was exactly as expected. I’d happily stay here again.

My husband and I stayed at Angela’s place for a mini honeymoon and it was absolutely beautiful, her place was very clean and spacious for two people. Her place is within walking distance to anywhere you needed to go and wanted to see, a lot of restaurants and within short/cheap uber rides to further places such as shopping centres etc.. Angela was extremely helpful with recommendations and quick to respond to any of our questions. She is super friendly she made us feel right at home. Will definitely be back and 100% recommend her place to anyone visiting the city.

The Penthouse was the most comfortable place to relax and enjoy the view, have a coffee and visit. The beds were very comfortable after a day of travelling and walking about downtown Halifax. We found that it was very close to great restaurants and harbour sites. Highly recommend this modern penthouse.

This house blew us away and we’ve stayed a lot of spaces. Honestly, it’s one of those rare places that’s actually better than the photos. Every room was so clean, and beautifully designed but still felt incredibly welcoming and comfortable. Our group of eight had tons of space to spread out and unwind. We only stayed three nights but instantly wished we’d booked the whole week. It’s the perfect distance for all the day trips we wanted to take. We explored Halifax, Peggy’s Cove and even Lunenburg and Wolfville (loved this place, it’s so cute!). I mean then there’s the games room, lake, pool and water toys. If you're on the fence—don’t be. I would highly recommend to anyone to book this house and book longer than you think. We’ll absolutely be back, and next time we’re staying for the week!

Rented the Art House for 6 people for our daughters graduation. All had room and right amenities. Really appreciated how they set up guest futon for us. Place is unique and beautiful. it is an art house with great modern industrial touches. The amenities were great. All we needed to cook for 7. great hot tub and fire table outside. tv with all access to key streaming. we loved our stay. our hosts were so responsive and accommodating. comfy beds. pmenty of towels. appreciated the coffee. highly recommend.

Jason and Sunhee were 10/10 hosts! I booked this place for my parents who came down during graduation and they had nothing but wonderful things to say about their place! Check-in was great and easy, very clear instructions. Kiwi was the cutest dog and was a fun addition to the stay! Kitchen utensils were easy to find and we were able to cook often! The whole house was cleaned so well! Bathroom, the bedroom, was just pristine With regards to entertainment, Jason was so nice and offered to put a spare TV in our bedroom as well. The whole surrounding neighbourhood was perfect, with the trail leading up to the lake behind the house, and quiet respectful neighbours. Cannot recommend this airbnb enough, truly a one of a kind experience in Halifax! Jason and Sunhee were were responsive and it felt like staying at a family friend’s house!

I booked CJ’s place last minute for member of our company’s upper management team. He went above and beyond for us given the tight timeline, was very attentive, provided clear instructions and was more than willing to help with unforeseen circumstances. My team had nothing but phenomenal things to stay about not only the property, but the property owner as well. We give a glowing recommendation for anyone interested in this property in the future

Heidi is a wonderful host and her house is very clean. We stayed here with our 3 year old and 6 year old, it was a great spot to access all the fun activities in Dartmouth and Halifax. Kitchen has the essentials. Would recommend and say again!

Great location for me, just next to the ocean and a park as well as a beach just 100m away. easy to get to and 20 minutes to the city away from rush hour. Tucked away for the street so no noise at all. Sits next to a little brook than runs by the south facing deck. Quiet neighbourhood with a few local restaurants and a coffee shop and gas station. Adam was very responsive to inquiries and helpful with local knowledge. There is good surf near by and nice places to walk along the ocean. Lawrencetown is not far as the house is at the start of the Eastern Shore.

We stayed at Krista and Stephen's place for 2 months in the winter and it was fabulous! The house had so many wonderful amenities and the location was perfect. The dogs loved running around the yard and we were right beside a trail for wonderful morning walks. The sunset and sunrise views from the house are unbelievable. I'd highly recommend!

Beautiful home adorned with artwork and nice furniture. It’s squeaky clean, peaceful and very quiet. We had a lovely stay at this place and enjoyed the multiple hiking trails nearby. There’s a beautiful trail that runs behind the house with a little waterfall. Plenty of extra clean linen in the closet and complimentary bottled water in the fridge. The host kindly provided parking on the driveway which we greatly appreciated. Phenomenal location and gorgeous Airbnb for remote work and visiting folks in Halifax. We also appreciated the many shops and restaurants nearby plus there’s a bus stop on the street. Highly highly recommended and will definitely stay here again!
