Parks, grocery stores, everything you need just a couple blocks away. At 1250 sq/ft, there's plenty of space for everyone to spread out. We're experienced, thoughtful hosts. Beautiful A/C Condo Suite. Walkable distance to business district, universities, waterfront, restaurants, nightlife, café's, shopping and parks. Condo is for Airbnb quests only and not owner occupied ( no personal belongings will in be Condo) All pets must be approved before booking. Parking is free on street with a few limits (weekly street cleaning) posted on street signs. Parking is not an issue.
