Our stay at 85 Walnut Place was everything we hoped for and more. The home was clean, spacious, and perfectly suited for our family. We were looking for a relaxing and peaceful vacation, and this home delivered exactly that. One of our favorite parts was sitting on the porch, taking in the beautiful scenery, and watching the local wildlife—it was truly serene. Our kids especially loved having the loft all to themselves and are already talking about our next trip back. We highly recommend 85 Walnut Place for anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable getaway!

Beautiful home! Even better than the pictures. Everything is top quality and well stocked. Definitely the best airbnb I have ever stayed in.

Not only was the condo absolutely beautiful and exactly as the pictures show it to be, the hosts literally thought of everything! From a fully stocked kitchen (minus food of course), to tons of games for the kids to play, all the way to a bucket of sand to put on the ice outside! We were extremely happy with our stay and will definitely be back!

This is a fabulous home and a perfect base for a Pagosa Springs vacation. My family of 5 was very comfortable and had everything we needed (including space!). The beds are really comfortable. Close to a City Market for groceries. A quick drive into town and was close to all the hikes we wanted to do. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. My boys had good luck fishing off the dock. The pictures of the views don’t do the beauty justice!! We would definitely stay here again!!

Wonderful place to stay! The host was extremely proactive and responsive, providing clear and easy-to-follow instructions for both check-in and check-out. The home was very quiet, offering a peaceful and relaxing environment. Excellent location, just a short drive to grocery stores and the downtown area. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough good things about this place. It is very nice, and the views from the back patio are unmatched. The pictures don’t do it justice. The river is right behind the house making it a dreamy location. The kitchen is fully stocked. The house is clean, open and spacious. The only critique we had is that the living room set up makes it tough to gather around the tv. We weren’t there to watch tv anyway, and it didn’t stop us from squeezing in and watching tv before bed. There is a great loft space as well with gorgeous views. It’s the perfect location between the town of Pagosa and wolf creek ski lodge. Linda is very communicative, quick to respond, and the most thorough host I have ever worked with. I would book here again without reservation. It’s a gorgeous house with everything you could ever need and more! It’s better than the pictures!!

We had a great trip in Pagosa Springs at Michael’s home! The neighborhood was peaceful and had herds of deer wander through. The location was close to shops and dining, hot springs, hikes, trails, etc. Property management via Cheryl was quick to respond to a question we had and was very helpful. Would recommend this spot to a friend!

Everything was amazing - the lake, the house, the hosts. The house was immaculate, kitchen and the rest of the house well stocked. I felt like home and I never had this feeling before this trip! We will be back!

Loved this place. Perfect for our family in Spring Break. Our older daughter has space in the MIL suite and the kitchen was great to cook in. Hosts have all supplies you need to feast at home. Short walk to the lake and we are see the sled near the Summit which might have been the peak of our trip. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Perfect for us and our pups.

We had a wonderful stay at Brad’s gorgeous home tucked in the woods. Our favorite part was sitting on the deck watching the deer walk around. Our Great Dane especially loved that. We slept the best we have in an Airbnb with super comfortable beds and an abundance of extra blankets since we had the windows open with the cool night air blowing in. The house had everything we needed and the location is perfect. It was an easy 10 minute drive to town with all the restaurants and springs. We could not have picked a more perfect location. Highly recommend Brad’s house. We will absolutely be returning guests. Thank you for opening your home to us.

This house was great, our boys enjoyed fishing off the lake every morning. Very peaceful. It was just what we were looking for. I'd definitely recommend this to any families looking for a peaceful Lake view getaway!

This house and location are even better than the pictures. The location is serene and centrally located lakefront. The upper balcony gives views of the entire lake and at night the stars are spectacular. There is a patio below that is covered and provides shade and lake level views. The kitchen has every appliance you could need. The beds and rooms are all comfortable and beautifully decorated. We felt immediately at home in the space and an added bonus of the garage to park our truck was a plus.

Spacious common room with something for all ages. The kitchen was well stocked with ample room to prep food. The oven was high quality. The outside patio and hot tub were private with a nice view. Quiet street. Very nice place to stay.

Had a great week here at this unique property. Corey met me in person and showed me around and was very warm and welcoming. It’s a beautiful and incredibly private property, and the house is full of so much interesting art, oddities etc. very inspiring and I’d love to return sometime !

I will start by saying, we just left and we are already going to book next year’s trip! I cannot wait to go back to this house. There aren’t enough words to describe how pleased we were with the home, the location, the owners-it was ALL amazing! Pictures truly, don’t do this home justice!! it is breathtaking and the location couldn’t be better. Literally right on the river! I very much appreciated how clean everything was. I could smell that the towels and linens were freshly washed. I have been in fantastic Airbnb‘s, but felt like they might not have been as clean as I personally would have liked them to be. Not this house! This house felt like I was at home. So clean, Amenities, galore, the thoughtfulness that was put into this home made our stay over the top wonderful! Everything you need to make a wonderful meal, you have in their kitchen. I also loved that every light switch was marked, so I knew what I was turning on and off. We can hardly wait for our next day! absolutely beautiful place! very cozy and peaceful! only 10 minutes from town and 25 minutes from wolf creek, a perfect location!

We booked this for our family vacation and let me tell you it was just what we needed. We brought our family dog and she loved the freedom the yard gave her to run around. She went with us everywhere. Andrew was quick to respond especially when I got my reservation wrong and needed one more night and we were locked out of the house. *Don’t book when you’re tired!* lol Pagosa Springs was just what we needed. Waking up and eating on the deck sitting in the sun having y morning tea and swinging on the hill bench swing was a treat taking in the sunsets. The mountain breezes coming through the house was my favorite nothing like fresh mountain air. The day trip to Durango was great and the Thai restaurant in Pagosa they recommend was so good! We booked in and did a day pass at The Springs and loved every bit of it. We were able to relax, cook meals, and play cards and it truly felt like home away from home.

This cabin was perfect for my friends and I and our dogs to hit Wolf Creek and go bouldering! The home was great for our needs, had a decent kitchen to cook in, and nice yard space for the dogs. The home is right off the highway/Main Street, and the yard is not fully fenced in, so just be aware with your dogs. This wasn’t an issue for us, but may be for other dog owners. The beds were comfortable and The loft area was my favorite!
