I couldn't have been happier with my stay at Prem's. Everything was as described and the photos exactly matched the property. Prem's restaurant upstairs was always a pleasure to eat in and every meal & drink was delicious. He was a very responsive host and answered all my questions promptly.

Such a lovely and spacious apartment. It’s a spotless space. Very clean and tidy. Ample living room space. All the 3 rooms are neat and comfortable. Everyday cleaning is included in the cost. The best part of the entire deal is the amazing park inside the compound. Highly recommend.

This is a fantastic apartment in a lovely upmarket neighbourhood of Colombo. Shayani was great to communicate with, check-in was easy and the place was spotlessly clean. The flat is well equipped, the beds are comfy and the balcony provides a superb view towards the Colombo seafront. There’s a great little supermarket nearby, along with a Barista coffee shop. In addition to the trendy Wildish restaurant on the ground floor of the building, there are many great restaurants in Park St Mews which is an easy walking distance. This apartment is highly recommmended. We will definitely return. Five stars.

House owner is a nice person and friendly. great hospitality. since the stay at first floor and no roof tress work, little bit hot all the time. but overall good experience.

Room is clean and neat with super silent air conditioner, wardrobe with locker and cloth hangers, bedside tables, dressing table, spongy bed with multiple pillows and extra bed in case required. Washroom is clean with hot water and other amenities. Kitchen equipped with all appliances and essential consumables, compact dining arrangement. Inverter & ironing facility also available. Near to Bakel fort and beaches. Thrikkannapuram Thriambakeswara temple. On the bank of Bakel river. Cultivated coconut, arecanut & other fruit plant. An upcoming farm is a good view. Complementary breakfast is served, lunch & dinner to be managed by the guests. Nearby restaurant contacts are made available at the villa. Hospitality is fantastic throughout the stay and reachable over phone at any time for any assistance.

If it were possible, I would rate this place 10,000/10 Such an incredible location with stunning ambience and remarkable architecture—truly a stay like never before. A big salute to Captain Anand for his exceptional sense of style, warm words, and friendly approach. His taste and attention to detail made all the difference. I also want to give a special mention to the wonderful staff, who were all so friendly and welcoming—especially Santhiya and Jack, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. I stayed at Sumudu's place with my mother for nearly 4 weeks. we felt right at home. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The complex was secure and had gym and a pool. Sumudu is such a responsive and helpful host. Event hough the apartment complex was right next to a busy street, the apartment was very quiet. There are lot of supermartkets and restaurants nearby. I would highly recommend Sumudu's place to anyone who is looking for a place near Colombo.

we six stayed at this apartment for 10 days. It was amazing, clean, well furnished as well as good responsive host and caretaker(Mr.Thiago). there is no con except a non air-conditioned room which was not mentioned in description clearly. If I visit colombo in future then I'll prefer to stay here again.

I had a very comfortable and pleasant stay and it truly felt like a home away from home. The location was excellent, with easy access to everything I needed. Very well maintained and amazing property. The Hall room and bedrooms are well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The Kitchen was fully equipped with utensils, crockery etc It also had plenty of food stuff like tea sugar oil rice papad and much more … There was also a welcome basket of chips, cookies and soft drinks in the house. The cleanliness and hygiene standards are excellent, which made my stay even more pleasant. The location is also a plus—easily accessible and well-connected to key areas. Jinal was very quick in response and communication. Checkinn was very smooth. We had a wonderful experience at Jinal’s house. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a budget-friendly yet comfortable stay! Will definitely visit again. Special thanks to Jinal for her hospitality.

We booked this place for my birthday, and it honestly felt like a dream. The space was absolutely beautiful every corner felt thoughtfully designed and incredibly cozy. But what truly made it special was how comfortable and homely it felt. I’ve stayed at a few Airbnbs before, but this one genuinely felt like home and that’s rare. There were four of us, and we were all so happy, relaxed, and well taken care of throughout. The host Mr.Febin was so welcoming, which just added to the overall experience. Wonderful Stay – Clean, Spacious, and Full of Amenities! We had an amazing stay on this beautiful property located in centre of colmbo . The space was immaculately clean and very spacious, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The complex offers great amenities – we especially enjoyed the pool, gym, badminton, and table tennis facilities. There’s also ample car parking, which made things so convenient. There are several nice restaurants nearby, offering a variety of cuisines within walking or short driving distance. Our host was extremely responsive and helpful, making check-in smooth and answering all our questions quickly. Would definitely recommend and stay again!
