Holiday rentals with a patio in South Italy

Absolutely fabulous 5 days in this beautiful apartment with outstanding views! Within easy walking distance of the centre of Cavtat, which has so many great restaurants & beach bars! It is a short steep walk back up (just like a lot of places in the area!) but worth it for the amazing views! We found the road a little easier than the steps, nice to have the option! Victoria was very helpful and on hand for anything we needed, even providing fresh towels & toilet rolls mid stay! The pool area was lovely, never busy and a great place to watch the beautiful sunsets! The apartment is on the road into Cavtat (also the inbound flight path), which wasn’t busy at night, also, the apartment seemed very well soundproofed, so we didn’t hear anything at night and enjoyed watching the planes in the day! The only disappointing thing was lack of furniture on the bedroom balcony, which was a shame, as we’d like to of used it! We would all highly recommend the apartment and hope to return!

We had an amazing time here! Linda was so kind and helpful, and the apartment is spacious and clean. It was a great location with a beautiful view and walkable to the town area and beach. Would highly recommend staying in Maiori as opposed to the more touristy towns like Positano. It was so peaceful! Thank you Linda for everything!

We had a lovely stay! The place was just as described and seen in the photos. Everything was clean and tidy. Marco was a great host, he was very responsive during our stay and helped us check in and find parking and also provided local recommendations!! Thank you!! :)

We absolutely loved our stay - the view, the area, the hosts!! Rented a scooter and that was one of the best decisions, you can drive to all the spots and then come back ’home’ and all you can hear is birds :) Would highly recommend

Luigi was a great, communicative host! We stayed before our flight out of NAP the following day. Luigi provided clear instructions on how to access the apartment, and was very friendly through the whole process. Once we arrived, it was exactly how it was advertised - a gorgeous rooftop apartment with a beautiful terrace. Luigi provided all that we needed and then some for a brief stay, and even gave recommendations on what to do in the area. Thank you, Luigi!

Wonderful experience. Lovely apartment, equipped with every comfort with a beautiful view. The location is excellent as it is central but not chaotic. Luigi was a fantastic host, in addition to being available for any need, he also suggested several activities and locations not to be missed in Capri. I would highly recommend everyone to choose Capri Joy.

If you’re planning to stay in Furore, don’t skip this place! The level of service, care and attention he and his mom provide is something I’ve never had before in an Airbnb. The view is spectacular and the home is extremely comfortable. You have everything that you need for a cozy night in or a 10 minute walk to an incredible restaurant. You can walk down the steps to Fiordo di Furore or even brave an hour walk to get to the Path of The Gods hike and walk to Positano (highly recommend if you enjoy hiking and breathtaking views). Overall 10/10 stay!

We had probably our best Airbnb experience. We were greeted on arrival by Paolo who was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our vacation. We could reach him at any time and he also had countless good tips for us. Among other things, he recommended the best ice cream (still dreaming of cioccolata fondente). There were some super tasty local specialties waiting for us when we arrived. The house is very clean and furnished with great attention to detail. You can tell that the owner is an architect. In general, the house really had everything you need. From olive oil and spices to a washing machine and bathrobes. We wanted to spend the whole day on the terrace by the sea which definitely was our highlight. Our stay felt like a dream and we definitely want to come back as soon as possible. Thank you for everything.

The apartment decor, location, parking availability and hosts were all excellent. The digital guide book that was provided was a great resource as we explored Puglia. Highly recommend.

This is a beautiful spot with a very special place to swim. In May (before the ladder is placed) jumping in is comfortable and the exit front the water requires a bit of climb. Your hosts couldn’t be sweeter or more responsive. Very thoughtful and prompt. It’s a small place but it’s well equipped and beautifully maintained. Sadly, there was loud construction happening on the dwellings on either side of us during our stay but that could happen anywhere and can’t be predicted. I would absolutely stay here again.

The unit offers breathtaking panoramic views. Simona & Alessio are great! We drove in from Rome and they saved a car space for us and helped us with our luggage. They are great communicators. Provided all the extras to make the stay comfortable. They provided Champaign on check in, vegetable's at our door and a cute bottle of lemon cello upon our last day. BE AWARE: In the description it says 200 steps. If you are from the US and other areas its better described as stairs, not steps. The stairs are 200 to the bus stop and another 50 to the two restaurants. And then a steep 200 or 250 back up to the unit. I would say on a given day we did between 1000 and 1500 stairs to and from the unit. I only put this in because there is a difference in steps and stairs and if you have knee or physical issues this may not be the unit for you.

Our stay in Massa Lubrense at Irinia's was superb. We stayed for 8 nights having driven down from the UK over a number of days. Specific requirements included, secure parking, a second was ability to do some washing (tiny boot in an MX5). Those two boxes were easily ticked off and many more. The home was absolutely spotlessly clean with many small touches making it very homely. Every item you could need was provided. A sea view and the quiet position added that extra element of perfection. After a days sight seeing returning to a quiet haven each day, listening to the local church bells was magical. A great base for exploring, basically slap bang between Naples and Amalfi. A day trip to Capri was also easy, arranged by Irinia from the local harbour. The icing on the cake was Irinia's constant concern that our stay was perfect. Several great local restaurants, Da Michelle was our favourite, 10 minute walk, a bit longer back up! Our stay was absolutely incredible. Couldn’t have asked for anything better. Francesco is hands down the best host I’ve ever had on Airbnb. He was always responsive, he scheduled a boat tour for us, scheduled transportation to and from the airport, and would even call restaurants to make reservations for us, as well as have the restaurants pick us up from the airbnb. He was an amazing host and we will definitely be coming back and staying in one of his properties. One thing I will say, for people that are staying for a longer period of time. I would 100000% recommend renting a scooter. It will unlock the full potential of your trip. Thank you so much Francesco for an experience we will never forget. You, and your villa were amazing.

We absolutely loved our stay. Everything was exactly as described and Giovanni was an excellent host, always available to offer advice and suggestions on places to visit, things to see and where to eat. He pre-booked us a taxi from the airport (and return), provided a starter pack of groceries to get us through the first few days and checked mid-week whether we needed more. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the outside terrace and garden are a delightful place to relax and soak up the Amalfi experience. The ability to negotiate (lots of) steps is essential but that goes for most properties in this area. It's worth saying that there is no shop within a reasonable walking distance of the apartment but buses to Amalfi and Positano leave from the road just below and we picked up what we needed while we were out and about. Overall, this is a fantastic base from which to explore the Amalfi coast and you won't find a more thoughtful, helpful and welcoming host than Giovanni.

The accommodation is really very aesthetic & beautifully decorated. Beautiful furniture - beautiful look. The accommodation was clean & the bed is - as my predecessors already wrote - really very pleasant & comfortable. The air conditioning cools the accommodation quickly - but only as long as the room card is inserted. We cooked at our evening in the accommodation, no great equipment available, but completely sufficient for an evening. Everything you need. The place is highly recommended. Great Airbnb! & wonderful instructions for check-in. Thanks to the pictures, you can find it in no time. & many thanks for the PDF recommendations in the area, which you also receive on top. Communication was wonderful & very competent. See you soon!

The apartment was super nice and clean. The location was perfect for experiencing the city and Corrado was the best host we’ve ever had. He was super friendly and responsive, gave many recommendations for what to do and where to eat. At checkout he helped us book a taxi in advance which made our leave very easy and comfortable.

Our stay at Antonio's Airbnb was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The place was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. The place was even more charming than the pictures. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, from the fresh towels, to the incredibly comfortable bed. The location was also perfect; a peaceful oasis just and conveniently close to public transport and great restaurants . Antonio was an exceptional host, responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic stay. We truly appreciate it.

Dubrovnik is beautiful and so is Luko’s place. The view from the balcony is the highlight. The house is spacious and clean. I especially like the decor it has personal touches, from the wall paintings to the vintage cameras. There is a cafe & supermarket nearby. Although it’s quite a walk to and from the old town but we didn’t mind as we enjoyed our morning and afternoon walks looking at houses & the neighborhood. Highly recommend.

Giovanni’s house is the place to stay in Napoli! Central location close to everything, you can walk to the port and take ferries to Capri or anywhere on the amalfi coast. Giovanni is the best host, he checked on us everyday to see if we needed something, he’s a super host!

Possibly the best place we have stayed in - great location in a quiet area but bus stop to the old town/cavtat just round the corner. Beautifully furnished, new build flat with everything you could need including welcome gift of wine juice water etc. they even had new toiletries if you forget yours. There were teas and different types of coffees to suit most tastes. We arranged for Niksha to collect/take us from the airport, which was fab. He showed us round the flat and gave some recommendations. We would absolutely recommend the Pleasure flat with its garden area and air conditioning too! Thank you Niksha and Kate for a wonderful stay.

If you are coming to Rome then you won’t go wrong by choosing this apartment. It is exactly as described and the hosts are very helpful, offering to arrange lifts to the airport and there is a comprehensive information pack with lots of recommendations for attractions and restaurants/bars. The area itself has a lovely relaxed feel to it and there are so many good restaurants literally on the doorstep. You are literally a 10-15 minute walk into the centre of Rome and all the attractions. Using the local buses is so easy, just tap the contactless point on the bus and for €1.50 you get 100 minutes to use any of the buses. It was 37c when we were there so it was nice to hop on an air conditioned bus occasionally to get back to the area at the end of the day.
